به اعتقاد تحليل‌گران حقوقي و اجتماعي، اولين و اساسي‌ترين وظيفه متوليان نظم و امنيت جامعه، شناخت درست‌ مسئله، تحليل نظري و عيني صحيح آن در چهارچوب منافع ملي و امنيت داخلي و مواجهه منطقي با آن است. شيوه قاچاق مانند بيماري واگيري است كه زنگ خطر و هشداري جدي و آشكار براي جامعه ما به شمار مي‌رود كه سلامت روحي و رواني و امنيت اجتماعي و ملي ما را تهديد مي‌كند. بحث امنيت ملي از ديرباز به‌عنوان يكي از مهم‌ترين مسائل موجود در يك كشور است. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسي علت قاچاق زنان و شيوه‌هاي مقابله با آن است. به علت عدم دسترسي به متهمين، اين مطالعه يك پژوهش كتابخانه‌اي است كه به توصيف و تحليل يافته‌ها در ابعاد و شكل‌گيري باند فساد ازجمله قوادان (خانم رئيس)، رابطين، دختران فراري، زنان بدكاره (مطلقه و شوهر‌دار و ...) و مشتريان و ويژگي اعضاي شبكه‌هاي فساد، راه‌هاي فعاليت باندهاي برون‌مرزي افراد فاسد، قوانين و اقدامات علل فحشاء به شيوه‌هاي مقابله با آن پرداخته‌شده است. شبكه‌هاي قاچاق از اين راه سود بسياري را به دست مي‌آورند. نتايج تحقيق حاكي از آن است خريدوفروش، تجاوز به حقوق بشر است كه تمام دنيا را احاطه كرده است. عملكرد اين شبكه حيثيت ايران را در خارج از كشور مخدوش و محصول آن در داخل كشور اشاعه فحشا و نتيجه آن منكرات و گسستگي كانون خانواده‌ها، حضور فرزندان ناخواسته و نامشروع در سطح جامعه و در نتيجه اجراي تسلسل در توسعه اين جريان پليد و فجيع است. با اصلاح و تغيير رويكرد نخبگان سياسي و فرهنگي كشور به اين مسئله و ايجاد حساسيت در آن و كمك در جهت اطلاع‌رساني عمومي در خلال برنامه‌هاي فرهنگي – بهداشتي – آموزشي و ... و استفاده از پيشرفته‌ترين فناوري‌هاي ارتباطي و نظارتي به‌خصوص در اماكن عمومي، مي‌تواند در جهت تسريع و از بين بردن آن كمك كند.

Shbkh dis cussed ways to deal with it this way ismore profitable gain. The results suggest is selling,human rights abuses all over the world that surrounds ast. Mlkrd outsade the products within the country spreading resulting vice and the fragmentation of famile and presence of unwanted and illegitimate children in the communite and in the result of the continuity in the davelopment of this plocess are evil and cruel. With reform and change in the approach to this issue the countrys political and cultural elite and help in sensitizing the public information during health- edusational and other cultural programs and the use of the most technologically advanced cammunicationc and sur veillance, particularly in eliminate it.
