چكيده فارسي :
آسيب‌هاي اجتماعي و فرهنگي دختران نظير رفتارهاي ناهنجار، فراغت غير مفيد، سردرگمي هويتي، استعمال مواد مخدر، جرائم جنسي، بي‌تفاوتي يا پرخاشگري سياسي و ... در بين بخشي از دانشجويان به‌طور نسبي وجود دارد كه عمدتاً ناشي از علل و عوامل خارج از دانشگاه است.مطالعات در اين زمينه به‌ويژه در بخش دختران دانشجو اندك، موضوعات غيركاربردي و نتايج آن‌ها مبهم است و ارتباطي با راهبردهاي فرهنگي ندارند. اندك بودن مطالعات براي شناخت هدفمند آسيب‌هاي اجتماعي بيانگر لزوم تصويب سياست‌ها و برنامه‌هاي لازم براي مطالعه، پيشگيري و كاهش اين آسيب‌ها در دانشگاه‌ها است.هدف از اين مطالعه، بررسي آسيب‌هاي اجتماعي و فرهنگي در بين دانشجويان دانشگاه‌ها با تأكيد بر دانشجويان دختر مي‌باشد كه با روش اسنادي و فرا تحليل مطالعات انجام‌يافته است. با ليست برداري، غربالگري و اعتبارسنجي مطالعات موجود، 16 مطالعه و سند علمي مجزا شده و مشخصات و نتايج آن‌هافرا تحليل شد. يافته حاكي از آن است كه مطالعه و شناخت آسيب‌هاي اجتماعي دختران دانشجو، بازنگري در راهبردها و نظارت بر اجراي آن‌ها، تربيت نيروي انساني آموزش‌ديده، تشكيلات فرهنگي مناسب، استفاده از اطلاعات كميته‌هاي علمي و آموزشي و مراكز مشاوره دانشجويي، به‌كارگيريشيوه‌هاي فرهنگي كارآمد، استفاده از نيروهاي مددكار همگي زمينه تحقق راهبردهاي فرهنگي را افزايش داده و كاهش آسيب‌هاي اجتماعي در بين دانشجويان را امكان‌پذيرمي‌سازد. آسيب‌هاي اجتماعي دختران دانشجو با آسيب‌هاي رواني آنان ارتباط داشته و سياست‌ها و برنامه‌هاي فرهنگي مناسب براي آن‌ها بايد تنظيم و اجرا گردد.
چكيده لاتين :
between some of the students, relatively, there are social and cultural damages of girls such as abnormal behaviors, useless leisure,confused identity, drug using, sexual offenses, incurosity or political aggression... it is largely as a result of outside factors of the university. Studies in this field( specially about female students) are low and the subjects are nonfunctional and their results are ambiguous and they are not associated with cultural strategies. The few studies to identify targeted social damages show it is necessary confirm policies and programs to study,prevent and reduce damages in universities. The aim of this study is to investigate the social and cultural damages among university students and it emphasis on female students and studies have performed by documentary and meta analysis way.By listing , screening and validation of current studies, 16 studies and scientific document have been separated and their results have been meta analysis. The findings show that study and understanding the social damages of female students, review of strategies and monitor their implementation , training the trained manpower, appropriate cultural authority, using the informations of scientific and educational committee and student counseling centers, using the efficient cultural practices and using the social workers, all increase the realization of cultural strategies and decrease social damages among students. Social damages of female students is related to their psychological trauma and
proper policies and cultural programs shoud be done for them.
