پهپاد‌ها و كاربرد آنها در امنيت عمومي و پليس هوشمند

UAVs and their Applications in Public Safety and Smart Police

امروزه استفاده از فناوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات در هوشمند سازي شهرها و پليس بسيار حائز اهميت است. با توسعه مباحث اينترنت اشياء و شهر هوشمند، قابليت دسترسي آسان به ارتباطات با قابليت اطمينان بالا و فراهم كردن زمينه اي براي پوشش و اتصال سريع به عنوان يك نياز حياتي براي سيستم‌هاي مخابراتي بي سيم نسل بعد مطرح مي‌شود. هواپيماهاي بدون سرنشين نقش مهمي در ارائه خدمات ارتباطي بي‌سيم به موقع و ضروري براي بازيابي خدمات بلافاصله پس از فاجعه و كاربرد‌هاي امنيت عمومي، شهر هوشمند و پليس هوشمند ايفا مي‌كنند. همكاري بين هواپيماهاي بدون سرنشين و زيرساخت‌هاي ارتباطي قادر است از الزامات امنيت عمومي مانند آناليز آني، نظارت آني و تصميم گيري پيشرفته براي كمك به شهرهاي هوشمند پشتيباني كند تا اين شهرها نيازمندي‌هاي امنيت عمومي خود را برآورده كنند. بنابراين، استقرار ارتباطات بيسيم مبتني بر پهپاد مي تواند با كمك به سازمانهاي امنيت عمومي در مواجهه با تهديدات و مديريت بحران‌ها به شيوه اي كارآمد، افراد و اكوسيستم‌ها را نجات دهد. در اين مقاله، انواع پهپاد‌ها و ويژگي‌هاي آنها بررسي شده و سپس مزاياي استفاده از آنها براي كاربردهاي امنيت عمومي و پليس هوشمند بيان مي شود. در ادامه، كاربرد‌هاي متنوع پهپاد‌ها در زمينه‌هاي مختلف شهر‌هاي هوشمند، پليس هوشمند، نظامي و مديريت بحران و شبكه‌هاي مخابرات سلولي نسل آينده، مورد بحث قرار گرفته است. همچنين، مزايا، محدوديت ها و چالش‌هاي مخابراتي و امنيتي اين سيستم‌ها نيز بيان شده است.

Recently, the use of information and communication technology have very important role in smartening cities and the police. With the development of the internet of things and the smart city, the ability to easily access high-reliability communications and provide a platform for fast coverage and connectivity is becoming a vital need for the next generation of wireless telecommunications systems. UAVs play an important role in providing timely and necessary wireless communication services for public safety applications, smart city, smart police and to recover services immediately after disasters. Collaboration between UAVs and communications infrastructure is able to support public safety requirements such as immediate analysis, immediate monitoring and advanced decision-making to help smart cities meet their public safety needs. Therefore, the deployment of UAV-based wireless communications can save individuals and ecosystems in an efficient way by helping public safety organizations deal with threats and disaster management. In this paper, the types of UAVs and their characteristics have been investigated, then, the benefits of their use for public safety and smart police applications are outlined. In the following, the various applications of UAVs in different aspects of smart cities, smart police, military and disaster management and next-generation cellular telecommunication networks have been discussed. The benefits, limitations, telecommunication and security challenges of these systems have also been addressed.
