The harms of using the rule of tolerance in the arguments of Sunnah in the field of moral traditions

احاديث اخلاقي از جمله بسترهاي مهم اجراي قاعدۀ «تسامح در ادله سنن» است. شدت تسامح در روايات ضعيف اخلاقي در مقايسه با احاديث اعتقادي و فقهي نشان ميدهد كه گويا احاديث اخلاقي بار مسئوليت كمتري براي مدوّنين كتب روايي داشته است. فقدان دانش فقهالاخلاق و عدم تفكيك گزاره‌هاي اخلاقي ِاخباري و انشائي، زمينه‌ساز اجراي همه جانبۀ اين قاعده در احاديث اخلاقي شده است. اين پژوهش با تتبع در مصاديق روايي، در پي واكاوي آسيب‌هايي است كه كاربست قاعدۀ «تسامح در ادله سنن» در حوزه احاديث ضعيف اخلاقي برجاي ‌گذارده است؛ لذا با حذف آنها از متون ديني، طراحي نظامِ ضابطه‌مندِ اخلاقيِ جامع تحقق بيشتري خواهد يافت. داده‌هاي اين مقاله با تمركز بر متون حديثي جمع‌آوري و با شيوه توصيفي- تحليلي پردازش شده است. پيامدهايي چون اختلال در نظام اخلاق اسلامي، وقوع جعل در روايات اخلاقي و ايجاد خوش بيني يا بدبيني كاذب نسبت به متون روايي اخلاقي از جمله نتايج كاربست بي‌ضابطۀ اين قاعده در احاديث اخلاقي است. با توجه به گستره حديث و تأثير آن بر فرهنگ ديني، رفتارهاي فردي و كنش‌هاي جامعه، آسيب شناسي و توجه خاص به كيفيت متون حديثي، بازنگري در احاديث اخلاقي، ترسيم الگوي اخلاق اسلامي مبتني بر روايات معتبر، در پالايش نظام يكپارچه اخلاقي بسيار ضرورت دارد.

Ethical traditions have been one of the important bases for applying the intolerance rule in the Sunnah. The intensity of tolerance in poor moral traditions compared to religious and jurisprudential traditions makes it clear that ethical traditions were less responsive to narrative books. The lack of knowledge of moral jurisprudence in related narratives and the lack of separation of moral and informational propositions have led to the acceptance of the rule and consequently disruptions to the Islamic ethics system, the occurrence of forgery in the moral traditions, and the emergence of pessimism about moral narratives. Due to the scope of the hadith and its effect on religious culture, individual behaviors and community passages, so the pathology and attention to the quality of the hadith texts as well as the revision of the ethical traditions and the drawing of Islamic ethics pattern based on authentic narratives are essential in refining the unified ethical system. has it.
