چكيده فارسي :
مسأله موردنظر در اين پژوهش، شناسايي مؤلفه هاي گفتمان نقد عملكرد و گفتار كارگزاران بر پايه انصاف در سبك زندگي اسلامي از منظر قرآن و روايات است؛ اين پژوهش به روش تحليل استقرايي با نظام كدگذاري و به شيوه ي اسنادي انجام شده است.برمبناي نتايج اين پژوهش، چهار مقوله اصلي شامل عقلانيت مداري، عدالت محوري، اخلاق مداري و تربيت مداري بر آمده از يازده مولفه توجه به آگاهي و بصيرت ، حق گرايي، رعايت ادب در نقد منصفانه، انجام نقد از روي تدبير و حكمت، اجتناب از شتابزدگي ،عدم وجود استثناء در نقد، پرهيز از دخالت در امور خصوصي، دوري از شايعه پراكني و توطئه در نقد، حسابرسي از خويش قبل از نقد ديگران، رعايت اصل بي طرفي در نقد، تقويت و ارشاد شخص مورد نقد با انجام انتقاد سازنده ، نقد غير مستقيم ،از مهم ترين مؤلفه هاي نقد است كه اجراي آن توسط منتقدان و متوليان اصلاح عملكرد كارگزاران، سبب مي شود تا نقد منصفانه كارگزاران كمتر با آسيب ها و چالش ها روبه رو شود.
چكيده لاتين :
The aim of the present research is to identify the effective components of criticizing the authorities’ words and performance based on justice in Islamic lifestyle from the viewpoint of Quran and religious quotes. The current study has been conducted upon inductive analysis with a coding system through documentation method. According to the findings, four main categories including ration-orientation, justice-orientation, ethics-orientation, and gentry-orientation were determined to encompass eleven components as the most important ones in criticizing the words and performance, including awareness, righteousness, politeness in fair criticism, criticizing based on wisdom, avoiding precipitancy, loss of exception in criticism, criticizing oneself before others, being neutral in criticism, reinforcing the criticized individual’s character via constructive criticism, and indirect criticism. Apparently, consideration of these components by critics and those in charge of correcting the authorities’ performance will cut down on the challenges and damages with which justice-based criticism may confront.
