چكيده فارسي :
ﻣﺴﺌﻮﻟﯿﺖﭘﺬﯾﺮي اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ از ﻣﻬﻢ ﺗﺮﯾﻦ ﻣﺆﻟﻔﻪﻫﺎي اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ و ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯽ ﯾﮏ ﺟﺎﻣﻌﮥ ﻣﺪﻧﯽ و از ﺟﻤﻠﻪ وﯾﮋﮔﯽ ﻫﺎي ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﯾﺎﻓﺘﮕﯽ اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ در ﻫﺮ ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪاي اﻓﺮاد و ﻧﻬﺎدﻫﺎي دوﻟﺘﯽ و ﻏﯿﺮدوﻟﺘﯽ ﺑﺎ ﺗﺄﮐﯿﺪ ﺑﺮ ﺗﺒﻌﯿﺖ از ﻗﻮاﻧﯿﻦ ﻣﺪﻧﯽ ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ، آﻣﻮزهﻫﺎي ارزﺷﯽ و ﻫﻨﺠﺎري ﻣﻄﺎﺑﻖ ﺑﺎ ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮓ ﻫﻤﺎن ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ را از دوران ﮐﻮدﮐﯽ ﺑﻪ وﺳﯿﻠﮥ ارﺗﺒﺎﻃﺎت اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ، ﺗﻌﺎﻣﻞﭘﺬﯾﺮى و ﮐﻨﺶ ﻫﺎى ﻣﺘﻘﺎﺑﻞ اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﻰ رو در رو ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﻫﺎى ﻣﺴﺘﻘﯿﻢ و ﻏﯿﺮﻣﺴﺘﻘﯿﻢ آﻣﻮزش ﻣﻰدﻫﻨﺪ، اﯾﻦ ﻓﺮآﯾﻨﺪ، ﻣﻨﺠﺮ ﺑﻪ ﺗﻮﺳﻌﮥ ﭘﺎﯾﺪار ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ ﻣﻰ ﮔﺮدد. ﺑﺮ اﯾﻦ اﺳﺎس، ﻫﺪف اﺻﻠﯽ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ، ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ راﺑﻄﮥ ﺑﯿﻦ ﻫﻮش ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯽ و ﻣﯿﺰان ﻣﺴﺌﻮﻟﯿﺖ ﭘﺬﯾﺮي اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ داﻧﺸﺠﻮﯾﺎن ﺗﺤﺼﯿﻼت ﺗﮑﻤﯿﻠﯽ داﻧﺸﮕﺎه آزاد اﺳﻼﻣﯽ واﺣﺪ ﮐﺮﻣﺎﻧﺸﺎه ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ. اﯾﻦ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ، ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از روش ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻠﯽ ـ ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ و ﺗﮑﻨﯿﮏ ﭘﯿﻤﺎﯾﺶ اﻧﺠﺎم ﭘﺬﯾﺮﻓﺖ. ﺟﻤﻊ آوري داده ﻫﺎ از ﻃﺮﯾﻖ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﮥ ﺗﻮأم ﺑﺎ ﻣﺼﺎﺣﺒﻪ اﻧﺠﺎم ﮔﺮﻓﺖ، ﺳﭙﺲ ﺑﺮاي ﭘﺮدازش و ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ آﻣﺎري دادهﻫﺎ از ﻧﺮماﻓﺰار SPSS22 اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ، ﻧﺸﺎن ﻣﯽ دﻫﺪ ﺑﯿﻦ ﺳﻦ، ﺟﻨﺴﯿﺖ، وﺿﻌﯿﺖ ﺗﺄﻫﻞ و ﻣﺤﻞ ﺳﮑﻮﻧﺖ ﺑﺎ ﻣﺴﺌﻮﻟﯿﺖ ﭘﺬﯾﺮي اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ راﺑﻄﮥ ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري وﺟﻮد ﻧﺪارد. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺣﺎﺻﻞ از رﮔﺮﺳﯿﻮن، ﻧﺸﺎن ﻣﯽ دﻫﺪ ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮ ﻫﻮش ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯽ راﻫﺒﺮدي ﺑﺎ ﺑﺘﺎي beta=0/356 ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﻣﻘﺪار وارﯾﺎﻧﺲ ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮ واﺑﺴﺘﻪ را ﺗﺒﯿﯿﻦ ﮐﺮده اﺳﺖ و در ﻣﺮﺗﺒﮥ دوم، ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮ ﻣﻘﻄﻊ ﺗﺤﺼﯿﻠﯽ ﺑﺎ ﺑﺘﺎي beta=0/354، ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮ ﻫﻮش ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯽ اﻧﮕﯿﺰﺷﯽ ﺑﺎbeta=0/235، ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮ ﻫﻮش داﻧﺸﯽ ﺑﺎ beta=0/146 در ﭘﺎﯾﺎن ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮ ﻫﻮش ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯽ ﮐﻼﻣﯽ ﺑﺎ beta=0/121 ﻗﺮار دارد.
چكيده لاتين :
Social responsibility is one of the most important socio-cultural components of a civil society and it is a feature of development that people public and private sectors of every society with emphasize on abiding the rules of civil society, will teach the valuable and normative educations according to very same community since childhood by using the social communications, direct and indirect face to face interactions, and so this process will lead to developing a sustainable community. Based on this the main purpose of the current research is to investigate the relationship between cultural intelligence and social responsibility of post graduate students of Kermanshah Islamic Azad University. This study took place by using cross-sectional method and scaling technique. Data collecting was through questionnaire alongside interview, and SPSS software 22 version was used to process and statistical analysis of data. Obtained results of current research shows that there is no significant relationship between age, sex, marriage status, lodging with social responsibility, but there is significant relationship between level of education and social responsibility. Regression results indicate that Cultural Intelligence of strategy with (Beta=.356) the greatest amount of variance in the dependent variable and in the second place with academic level (Beta=.354), variable of motivational cultural intelligence (Beta=.235), the variable verbal IQ (Beta=.146) and cultural intelligence is variable at (Beta=.121) the end.
