بررسي دلايل كارآمدي پليس فرودگاه در كاهش حمل مواد مخدر توسط زائران ايراني به كشور عربستان

The reasons for effectiveness of the police in the airport in reducing drugs carrying by Iranian pilgrims to Saudi Arabia

حمل مواد مخدر توسط زائران ايراني به كشور عربستان پديده اي است كه سابقه چندين ساله داشته و در آن ضمن دستگيري توسط پليس عربستان و اعمال مجازاتهاي بسيار سخت برمتهمين آن ، تبعات جبران ناپذير ملي، امنيتي و ايدئولوژي براي ج .ا. ا بدنبال دارد. افزايش اين دستگيري در عربستان در سالهاي 8- 1386 شوراي عالي حج را واداشت تا وادار به چاره انديشي شود لذا طي مصوبه اي همه سازمانهاي ذيربط را به فعاليت هماهنگ و مضاعف واداشت . در اين راستا پليس فرودگاه بعنوان آخرين گلوگاه بازرسي زايرين فعاليت جهادي خود را شروع نمود و نتيجه منجر به تغيير غير قابل باور در وضعيت حمل مواد به عربستان و دستگيري و كشف بسيار زياد متهم و موادمخدردر فرودگاههاي ايران گرديد و بعنوان يك سند كارآمد در پرونده پليس مطرح شد و اسباب خرسندي مقام معظم رهبري را فراهم نمود. اين تحقيق باهدف شناسايي عوامل اين كارآمدي پليس فرودگاه شروع شده است. روش تحقيق از نظر هدف كاربردي ، از نظر نوع پس رويدادي و از نظر روش كمي مي باشد. اطلاعات اين پژوهش به دو شيوه كتابخانه اي و ميداني جمع آوري گرديده ،جامعه آماري فرماندهي و معاونين ستادي پليس فرودگاه كشور و هم چنين فرماندهان و جانشينان پليس فرودگاههاي داراي پرواز حج در سطح كشور 44 نفر مي باشند كه به صورت تمام انجام شده است. داده ها با پرسشنامه محقق ساخته 20 سوالي از نوع طيف ليكرت بدست آمده است. و از روش هاي آمار توصيفي شامل محاسبه متغيرهاي مياني و پراكندگي استفاده شده است. ابعاد و مولفه ها و شاخص ها دردو قالب اقدامات سخت افزاري و نرم افزاري و شامل شش عامل يافت شد و پس از آزمون همه آنها تاييد گرديد ضمنا تاثير اقدامات سخت افزاري از نوع نرم افزاري بيشتر تشحيص داده شد.

Drug carrying by Iranian pilgrims to Saudi Arabia is a phenomenon that has many years of experience and it has not only very strict penalties on the defendants, but also irreparable consequences of national security and ideology to Islamic Republic of Iran. Increasing in arrests in Saudi Arabia during the 1386-1388 forced Hajj Supreme Council to find a remedy, thus made all relevant organizations to coordinate and double their activities. In this regard the airport police as a last base for inspecting pilgrims began their jihadist activities and thereby it lead to unbelievable change in the situation of carrying drugs to Saudi Arabia and the number of arrested pilgrims. This result was recorded as an efficient instrument in the police file and the Supreme Leader was pleased with it. This study aims to identify the efficiency of airport police. This is an applied, ex post facto and quantitative research. The data was gathered through library and field method. The statistical population of the research includes airport police headquarters commander and deputy commander of the police successor’s airports in the country with 44 Hajj flights that have been done for all. Data questionnaire is obtained with 20 questions in Likert type. an‎d descriptive statistical methods of calculation and distribution of intermediate variables are used. Dimensions , components and indicators in the form of hardware and software include six factors and all of them were confirmed after the test also the impact of hardware measures were recognized more than software ones.
