چكيده فارسي :
گياه دارويي خشخاش با نام علمي PAPAVERSOMNIFER از خانواده خشخاش با نام علمي PAPAVERACEAE و نام محلي كوكنار، از گياهان آسياي صغير، در تمدن بشري، قدمتي فراتر از 4 هزار سال دارد. اولين اسناد تاريخي درباره خشخاش مربوط به لوحه هاي سومري بوده؛ اين گياه در سطح جهان براي تهيه ماده‌اي مخدر، مورد استفاده قرار گرفته است. از 115 تركيب داروي گياهي به دست آمده در اسناد طبي آشوري ها، چهل و دو نوع مرتبط با ترياك بوده است. از ابتداي قرن نوزدهم و گسترش استعمار دول اروپايي، اين گياه دارويي و ترياك استحصالي، ابزاري براي به بند كشيدن كشورهاي مستعمره و پايداري يوغ استثمار بر گردن آن ها استفاده شده است. در ترياك بيش از 40 نوع آلكالوئيد شناسايي شده كه فراواني 6 نوع آن بيشتر از بقيه مي‌باشد. از اين ميان مورفين با 42 درصد كل آلكالوئيدها مهمترين آن ها از نظر فراواني و درماني است. مورفين و ترياك خام تابع قوانين بين المللي مواد مخدر و توليد آن ها و داروهاي ساخته شده از آن ها تحت نظر دولت‌ها و سازمان هاي بين المللي مي باشند. تركيه به همراه كشورهاي هندوستان، استراليا، فرانسه، اسپانيا، مجارستان، جمهوري چك و چين با مجوز سازمان ملل و تحت نظارت اين سازمان به توليد قانوني خشخاش اشتغال دارند. مصرف دارويي داخل كشور در حوزه داروهاي ناركوتيك حدود 60 تن عصاره تغليض شده خشخاش است كه حدود نيمي از آن توسط كشفيات قاچاق و باقي مانده از طريق واردات از كشورهاي ياد شده تامين مي‌شود. انحصاري بودن كشت و توليد عصاره خشخاش در مواقع تحريم موجب ايجاد مشكلاتي در تهيه آن مي‌گردد، لذا راهي جز تهيه اين محصول يا مشابه آن در داخل وجود ندارد. ترياك به عنوان ماده مخدر به علت درگير نمودن اعضاء جامعه و انحراف آنان از مسير رشد و تعالي، آفتي براي اجتماع و كشور محسوب مي‌شود. نمونه هاي به كارگيري شده ي اين موضوع توسط انگليس در كشورهاي چين، هندوستان، تايلند، افغانستان و... مشهود است. لذا لزوم مبارزه علمي و برنامه ريزي شده با اين جنگ نامنظم دشمن، ضروري به نظر مي‌رسد. در اين راستا استفاده از علم سنجش از دور به جهت مزاياي فراواني كه دارد و ادغام با روش هاي فني و پليسي مي تواند در كنترل مرزهاي ورودي، مسيرهاي حمل و نقل، مناطق هدف و پخش، كشت داخلي و تغييرات در الگوي پخش مفيد باشد.

Abstract: Poppy medicinal plant with the scientific name PAPAVERSOMNIFER family with the scientific name and the name of the local PAPAVERACEAE poppy plants in Asia Minor, in human civilization, dating back more than four thousand years.
