چكيده فارسي :
هدف اين تحقيق بررسي و اولويت بندي معضلات و آسيب هاي شهرهاي گردشگري با استفاده از فرآيند تصميم‌گيري چند معياره (TOPSIS) بوده و جامعه آماري اين تحقيق، كليه كارشناسان دانشگاهي، امور شهري، گردشگري و فرهنگي شهرداري شهر سرعين را شامل مي‌شود. در اين تحقيق به منظور جمع‌آوري اطلاعات مورد نياز براي بررسي وضعيت متغيرهاي تحقيق و همچنين براي تجزيه و تحليل سوالات تحقيق از ابزار پرسشنامه استفاده شده است. پرسشنامه اين تحقيق شامل 4 سوال عمومي و 24 سوال جهت سنجش مسائل و معضلات شهرهاي گردشگري مي‌باشد. در اين پژوهش 5 عامل مهم شامل مسائل و معضلات اقتصادي، مسائل و معضلات اجتماعي، مسائل و معضلات زيست محيطي، مسائل و معضلات امنيتي، مسائل و معضلات فرهنگي مورد بررسي قرار گرفته و در مجموع با استفاده از نظر كارشناسان دانشگاهي، امور شهري، گردشگري و فرهنگي مشخص شد كه مسائل و معضلات اقتصادي، اجتماعي و امنيتي از اولويت‌هاي اول، دوم و سوم در شهر سرعين برخوردار است. و بر خلاف عمده تحقيقات قبلي صورت گرفته در حوزه گردشگري ايران مسائل زيست محيطي در شهر سرعين در اولويت اول قرار نگرفته و تنها از نظركارشناسان مورد بررسي، مسائل زيست محيطي در اولويت سوم مسائل شهري شهر سرعين قرار داشته است.
چكيده لاتين :
the aim of current study is to understand and prioritize the problems, damages and social harms of touristy cities using decision-making process based on fuzzy logic (TOPSIS), and the statistical population in this study includes all the university, urban, tourist, and cultural experts of the Sarein municipality. In this study, the questionnaires have been used to gather information in order to investigate the condition of the variables of the research and also analyzing the questions of the study. The questionnaires used in this study included 4 general questions and 24 questions for measuring the problems and damages of touristy cities. In this study, five very important factors including economic, social, environmental, safety, and cultural problems and harms have been studied. Overall, using the opinions of university, urban, touristy, and cultural experts, it was found out that the three prioritized economic, social, and security problems and issues are the most problematic ones respectively. In addition, unlike the all other investigation taken place already in the area of Iran's tourism, the environmental issue of Sarein city is not prioritized as the first one in this study,indeed it is prioritized as the third one according to the opinions of experts
