از آنجاييكه ويژگي‌هاي فرهنگي، رويكردهاي ايدئولوژيك، جغرافيا و اعتقادات مذهبي از جمله عوامل تعيين‌كننده جايگاه ايران در عرصه منطقه‌اي هستند، ايران با توجه به روايت ملي و اسلامي بعنوان يك بازيگر انقلابي ضمن به چالش كشيدن هنجارهاي منطقه‌اي؛ سياستي مبتني بر محاسبات منافع ملي را تعقيب نموده است. برخي معتقدند كه يكي از عوامل تأثيرگذار بر آينده خاورميانه نوع رفتار و روابط ايران با محيط منطقه اي خود است. آنان با تأكيد بر نقش‌آفريني عمده ايران در جهان اسلام به جايگاه قدرت منطقه‌اي ايران تأكيد مي‌نمايند. حال با توجه به شرايط و مقتضيات جهاني شدن؛ سئوالي كه در اين مقاله به آن پرداخته شده، اين است كه تحول مفهوم قدرت ناشي از جهاني شدن چه تأثيري بر ماهيت سياست منطقه‌اي جمهوري اسلامي ايران در سه كشور عراق، يمن و سوريه داشته است؟ با يك مطالعه تطبيقي در پاسخ چنين به نظر مي‌رسد كه با تحول مفهوم قدرت از قدرت سخت به قدرت نرم و سپس قدرت هوشمند در عصر جهاني شدن، ماهيت سياست منطقه‌اي جمهوري اسلامي ايران نيز بر تلفيق قدرت نرم همكاري جويانه با سياست سخت موازنه نامتقارن قدرت دچار تحول گرديده است. در همين راستا مي‌توان تأكيد كرد كه شكل‌گيري گروه‌هاي شيعه در سراسر خاورميانه كه متأثر از اصل صدور انقلاب و مدل حكومت اسلامي است، با تاكتيك‌هاي قدرت هوشمند و ديپلماسي فرهنگي ايران پشتيباني مي‌شوند. هدف از نگارش اين مقاله بررسي تطبيقي تحول مفهوم قدرت در سياست منطقه‌اي ايران با تأكيد بر كشورهاي عراق، يمن و سوريه بين سال‌هاي 1392 تا 1398 است.

In this regard, it can be emphasized that the formation of Shiite groups throughout the Middle East, which is influenced by the principle of exporting the revolution and the model of Islamic government, is supported by the tactics of intelligent power and cultural diplomacy of Iran. The purpose of writing this article is to a comparative study the evolution of the concept of power in Iran's regional politics with emphasis on Iraq, Yemen and Syria from 2013 till 2019.
