شناسايي عوامل ارتكاب جرايم خشونت‌آميز در استان اردبيل وارائه راهكارهاي پيشگيرانه

Identifying the elements of commitment of violent crimes in Ardebil and presenting preventive approaches

افزايش بي‌رويه‌ي جرايم وكج‌روي هاىاجتماعى امروزه به يكى ازمشكلات حاد دربيشترشهرهاتبديل‌شده است وازمهم‌ترين مسائلي است كه اكثرجوامع به آن واكنش نشان مي‌دهند بر همين اساس تحقيق حاضر با عنوان شناسايي عوامل ارتكاب جرايم خشونت‌آميز در استان اردبيل وارائه راهكارهاي پيشگيرانه و با هدف تعيين علل بروز جرايم خشونت آميز در جامعه و يافتن راهكارهاي پيشگيرانه انجام پذيرفت، اين پژوهش با توجه به روششناسي، از يك سو از نوع مطالعات توصيفي و اكتشافي و از سوي ديگر با در نظر گرفتن نتايج آن، از نوع كاربردي نيز هست. شيوه جم عآوري اطلاعات، توصيفي از نوع پيمايشي بود. جامعه آماري پژوهش را كارشناسان مرتبط به موضوع جرايم به تعداد 104 نفر بودند. جهت گردآوري اطلاعات مورد نياز از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته 57 سوالي استفاده گرديد. داده هاي به دست آمده در محيط نرم افزار SPSS وارد و با استفاده از روش آماري آزمون تي و فريدمن مورد تحليل قرار گرفت. نتايج نشان داد كه تمام عوامل مورد بررسي شامل عوامل فردي، عوامل محيطي، عوامل خانوادگي، عوامل سازماني و فرهنگي و اقتصادي بر ارتكاب جرايم خشونت آميز تاثير معناداري دارند. نتايج اولويت بندي اين عوامل هم نشان داد به ترتيب مولفه­هاي فردي(5/48)، مولفه سازماني(25/21)، مولفه محيطي(3/84)، مولفه فرهنگي (2/93)، مولفه خانوادگي (1/94) و مولفه اقتصادي (1/60) بيشترين اهميت را در بين مولفه هاي موثر بر ارتكاب جرايم خشونت آميز داشته و در الويت هاي اول تا ششم قرار گرفتند.

Nowadays the excessive increase in the rate of crimes and social deviations become a chronic problem in many cities. It is one of the most important problems to which most societies have shown reactions. According to this, the present research was conducted to identify the elements of commitment of violent crimes in Ardebil and to present some preventive approaches aiming to determine the causes of violent crime occurrence in society and to find preventive approaches. On one side, this research is descriptive _exploratory methodologicaly and on the other side it is practical considering the results. The data collection tool was descriptive _surveying. The statistical society of this research were 104 experts in criminology. To collect data the research _made questionnaire contained 57 questions was used. The obtained data was inserted into the Spss software environment and it was analyzed by Freedman statistical method and t test.The results showed that all the studied elements including individual ,environmental,family,organizational,cultural and economic, have significant effects on the violent crimes commitment. Results of these elements prioritization showed that individual (5/48),organizational (5/21),environmental (3/84), cultural (2/93), family (1/94) and economic (1/60) elements have the maximum importance among the violent crimes commitment elements respectively and their priorities are from 1 to 6.
