The methods of campaigning against smuggle drugs in the ways coming together to Tehran in 1393

مبارزه با مواد مخدر يكي از وظايف اصلي نيروي انتظامي است. با توجه به عدم تحقيق جامع بررسي شيوه هاي قاچاق مواد مخدر در محورهاي مواصلاتي به شهر تهران، پرجمعيت ترين شهر و پايتخت كشور و روشهاي مبارزه با آن از سه طريق جاده اي، هوايي و ريلي به اين موضوع پرداخته شد. هدف از تحقيق فوق بررسي علمي شيوه هاي قاچاق و راه­هاي مقابله با آن و بهره مندي نيروي انتظامي به خصوص پليس مبارزه با مواد مخدر تهران بزرگ و ساير يگان هاي پليس از نتايج علمي آن، همچنين ارائه اين دستاوردها به دستگاه هاي تقنيني، قضايي و اجرايي براي استفاده از نتايج اين دستاوردها در حوزه مأموريتي خود مي باشد. روش اين تحقيق، اسنادي مي باشد. با مراجعه به مراكز يگانهاي پليس مبارزه با مواد مخدر تهران بزرگ، پليس فرودگاه و راه آهن از پرونده هاي كشف مواد مخدر در سال 1393 شهر تهران - مجموعا 45219 فقره پرونده - حجم نمونه براساس فرمول كوكران - 350 پرونده نسبت به كل پرونده ها - به روش تصادفي ساده انتخاب گرديد. بر اساس نتايج تحقيق مشخص گرديد كه شيوه انتظامي (استقرار ايست و بازرسي هاي ثابت و مقطعي) مهمترين شيوه مبارزه با قاچاق مواد مخدر به شهر تهران با بيش از نصف كشفيات است. قسمت اعظم كشفيات از طريق جاده مربوط به خودروهاي عبوري سواري بوده است و طيف ميانسال (محدوده سني 29 تا 50 سال) بيشترين آمار دستگير شدگان را دارا هستند. بيشترين كشفيات در نيمه دوم روز و در حوالي ساعت 17 در فصل تابستان و كمترين آن در فصل زمستان روي داده است. شيوه اطلاعاتي به كمك مردم و مخبرين جايگاه بعدي پس از شيوه انتظامي و در حدود يك سوم كشفيات را داراست.

Drug enforcement is one of the main duties of police. Due to the lack of comprehensive research of the drug trafficking ways in axes road to Tehran city -The most populous city and capital of Iran- and combat methods in three road, airport, rail areas, this study was proceed. The purpose of this research is the scientific surveying of drug trafficking ways and against methods to it and NAJA, especially Tehran counter-narcotics police and other police units, usage from its scientific results, also offer of these achievements to legislative, judicial and executive to use the results of these achievements in the scope of its mission.
The study method is documentary, so that by conferring to the police centers of the anti-drug units of Great Tehran, Airport and railway, according to Cochran formula and among of drug discovery records in Tehran at 1393, totally 45219 files , the sample volume,350 cases of the total cases, were randomly selected. Based on some questions, the contents of the each case was extracted and explained and described. The research tool is a questionnaire containing the original data of files from which it was extracted and examined.
Based on the results of the study and due to more than two-thirds of discovery it was shown that the most important ways of drug trafficking fighting is law enforcement practices to Tehran. The majority of discoveries of road is for passenger passing vehicles and the whole middle-aged (age range 29 to 50 years) had the highest number of arrests. Most discoveries are in the second half of the day and around 17 hours in summer and lowest one has occurred in winter. The information mode by the people and whistleblower helping has second place after police practices and has about a third of its discoveries.
