نقش تنظيم هيجان و هوش فرهنگي در پيش بيني نياز هاي اساسي روانشناختي افراد شركت كننده در نزاع و درگيري گروهي شهر اردبيل

The role of cultural intelligence and emotional regulation to predict the basic psychological requirements in individuals participating in the group quarrels and disputes in Ardebil

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسي نقش تنظيم هيجان و هوش ­فرهنگي درپيش بيني نيازهاي اساسي روانشناختي افراد شركت كننده در نزاع و درگيري گروهي شهر اردبيل بود. روش تحقيق توصيفي همبستگي بود. جامعه آماري شامل تمامي افراد شركت كننده در نزاع و درگيري گروهي بود كه درسال 1396 به كلانتري هاي شهر اردبيل مراجعه كرده بودند. تعداد نمونه 123 نفر بود كه با استفاده از روش نمونه گيري تصادفي خوشه اي از بين 8 كلانتري انتخاب شدند. آزمودني­ها پرسشنامه هاي هوش فرهنگي، تنظيم هيجاني و نيازهاي اساسي روانشناختي را تكميل كردند. اطلاعات به دست آمده با استفاده از تحليل رگرسيون چندگانه تحليل شد ونتايج تحليل نشان داد تمركز مجدد (0/27=B)، ملامت خويشتن(0/25=B) و پذيرش(0/25-=B)توانايي پيش­بيني نيازهاي اساسي شايستگي را دارند. همچنين ملامت ديگران(0/25=-B) توانايي پيش­بيني نياز اساسيِ ارتباط را دارد. از بين مولفه ­هاي هوش­فرهنگي، راهبرد فراشناخت(0/33=B) توانايي پيش­بيني نيازاساسي شايستگي و دانش شناخت (0/26=B) توانايي پيش بيني نيازِ ارتباط را دارند. به طور كلي نتايج تحقيق نشان داد نيازهاي اساسي شايستگي و ارتباط از طريق هيجانات و هوش فرهنگي افراد درگير در نزاع، قابل پيش بيني هستند.

The present research objective is to study the role of emotional regulation and cultural intelligence in predicting the basic psychological requirements in individuals participating in the group quarrels and disputes in Ardebil. The research method is descriptive _correlation. The statistical society of this research included all people participating in the group quarrels and disputes who have referred to the police stations in Ardebil during 1396.The sample volume was 123 individuals who had been selected using classified randomly sampling method from 8 police station. The Subjects completed the questionnaires of cultural intelligence, emotional regulation and psychological requirements. The obtained data has been analyzed by multiple regression analysis. The results showed that centralization (B=27%),self_ upbraid (B=25%) and adoption (B=-25%), can predict the basic requirements of the competency. Also upbraiding others (B= -25%) can predict the basic requirements of communication. Among the elements of cultural intelligence, metacognition strategy has the ability to predict the basic requirements of competence and the cognitive knowledge (B=26%) can predict the communicative requirements. Generally the research findings indicate that the basic requirements of competence and communication are predictable via the emotions and cultural intelligence of people involved in the disputes.
