بررسي نقش عوامل مستقيم و غير مستقيم احساس عدالت قضايي در ارتقاء امنيت عمومي جمهوري اسلامي ايران

در شرايط امروز جامعه بي‌توجهي و عدم رعايت حقوق بين نهادها و مردم، اركان و مراجع مؤثر در تأمين و اجراي نظم و عدالت، موجب مي‌شود تا كاركردها و زمينه‌هاي تأمين و تقويت عدالت و امنيت زايل شده و معناي عدالت و امنيت به كاركردي متعارض تبديل و احساس عدالت قضايي در جامعه كاهش يابد. لذا براي افزايش اعتماد عمومي و احساس عدالت قضايي در جامعه، تنها صدور و اجراي احكام قضايي كافي نيست، بلكه بايد مردم عدالت قضايي را در بستر دادرسي مبتني بر كيفيت، كارآمدي و بي‌طرفي مشاهده و لمس كنند، به همين منظور اين تحقيق با هدف بررسي تاثير عوامل مستقيم و غير مستقيم احساس عدالت قضايي بر افزايش امنيت عمومي ج.ا.ا. صورت گرفته است. در اين تحقيق با استفاده از روش توصيفي- پيمايشي و بهره گيري از روش نمونه گيري هدفمند، داده‌هاي مورد نياز تحقيق طي سال‌هاي 1394، 1396 و 1397 گردآوري شده، ««نمونه آماري» در سه پيمايش برگزيده شده، به ترتيب 15049نفر(سال 1394)، 1000نفر(سال 1396) و 12400 نفر(1397) بوده است و در تحليل داده از فراتحليل استفاده شده است. نتايج تحقيق نشان داد كه از بين مولفه‌هاي مستقيم احساس عدالت قضايي (كارآمدي، كيفيت خدمات قضايي، استقلال قضايي و بي طرفي)، تنها كيفيت خدمات قضايي و از بين مولفه‌هاي غير مستقميم احساس عدالت قضايي (تاثير رسانه‌ها بر افكار عمومي، ديدگاه، ميزان دانش و آگاهي فردي) نقش تاثير رسانه‌ها در ارتقاء امنيت عمومي ج.ا.ا. موثر بوده است.
