چكيده فارسي :
مقدمه : مطالعات متعددي حاكي از شيوع اختلالات روان شناختي در بين افراد مبتلا به سوء مصرف مواد است. هدف از مطالعه حاضر بررسي تأثير درمان گروهي شناختي – رفتاري بر سلامت عمومي زنان و البته به مواد افيوني است. روش: اين پژوهش، مطالعه آزمايشي با پيش آزمون، پس آزمون و پيگيري با گروه كنترل است. نمونه شامل: 24 زن وابسته و معتاد به مواد بود كه به شيوه انتخاب تصادفي ساده از بين زنان وابسته به مواد مراجعه كننده به مراكز درمان اعتياد شهر يزد در تابستان 1390 انتخاب شدند و به صورت تصادفي در دو‌گروه آزمايش (12نفر) و كنترل (12نفر) قرارگرفتند. گروه آزمايش به مدت 8 جلسه هفتگي تحت درمان شناختي رفتاري قرار گرفتند.گردآوري داده ها از طريق پرسش نامه سلامت عمومي انجام گرفت. يافته ها: نتايج اين مطالعه نشان داد كه ميانگين نمرات سلامت عمومي در گروه آزمايش به طور معناداري نسبت به گروه گواه افزايش يافته است.
نتيجه گيري : نتايج مطالعه حاضر نشان مي دهد كه در درمان گروهي شناختي – رفتاري در افزايش سلامت عمومي زنان وابسته به مواد افيوني مؤثر است.

prevalence of psychological disorders in pepole whit opioid substance use disorders was conformed invarious researches. The purpose of thise study was to Consider the effectiveness of group cognitive behavioral Therapy on the general health of the feamale whit opioid substance use disorders. method : this research was an exprimental study including pre-test, post-test, follow-up and control group. The sample consist of 24 female with opioid substance use disorder that was selected by random sampling from between the female with substance disorders which reffering to centers of Addichion therapy during summer of 1390 in yazd city. These subjects randomly assigened In exprimental (12persons) and control (12persons) groups. the experimental group received CBT for8 weekly sessions. Data were gathered by using general health questionnaires. results : the result of this study showed that the means of general healath in Experimental group has increased significantly in Comparison with the control group. conclusion : according to the results finding, group cognitive – behavioral therapy is effective In increasing general health in female with Opioid substance use disorders.
