Investigating the Position of Women's Rights in the Citizenship Bill with an Emphasis on Women's Political Rights

منشور حقوق شهروندي نشان دهنده دغدغه دولت درآگاه سازي عمومي درباره حقوق شهروندي ونهادينه كردن احترام به حقوق بشراست .دراين راستا يكي از مهمترين محورهاي منشور حقوق شهروندي مساله حقوق زنان است.براين اساس هدف از پژوهش حاضر ،بررسي وتحليل ميزان توجه به حقوق شهروندي زنان درقاموس منشور حقوق شهروندي مي باشد.پژوهش فوق نشان دهنده اين امر است كه حقوق شهروندي زنان در منشور حقوق شهروندي درحد قابل قبولي مورد توجه قرار گرفته ولي با اين حال نبود ضمانت اجراي مناسب از يك سو وبرخي چالش هاي عملي واجرايي از سوي ديگر تحقيق مطلوب وواقعي حقوق زنان رادرايران با موانع جدي مواجه نموده است.

Citizenship Charter Reflects Government Concern Over Public Awareness on Citizenship and Proposes Respect for Human Rights. In this regard, one of the most important pillars of the civil rights charter is the issue of women's rights. The purpose of the present study is to investigate and analyze the level of attention to women's citizenship rights in the context of the Citizenship Charter. The above study shows that women's citizenship rights are accepted in the Charter of Citizenship to an acceptable extent, but there is no guarantee of proper implementation on the one hand and some practical challenges and on the other hand desirable and realistic research of women's rights in Iran with serious obstacles.
