بازتاب مديريت و فرهنگ جهادي در عرصة علمي و دانشگاهي: تحليلي داده‌بنياد از انديشة رهبر معظم انقلاب اسلامي

Reflection of Jihadi Management and Culture in the Scientific and Academic Field: Grounded Analysis Based on the Thought of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution

هدف: هدف از نوشتار حاضر، نشان دادن بازتاب روحيه و فرهنگ جهادي در عرصة فرهنگ دانشگاهي بود. نهاد علم و دانشگاه در هر جامعه‌اي، از اثرگذارترين نهادهاي شكل‌دهندة سرنوشت و سرگذشت آن جامعه‌اند. در واقع؛ بخش ويژه‌اي از فرهنگ هر جامعه توسط قشر فرهيختة آن كه در نهاد دانشگاه رشد و تربيت مي‌يابند، شكل مي‌گيرد. از اين رو، فرهنگي كه قشر علمي و دانشگاهي بين خود يا در ميان ديگر اقشار جامعه بروز مي‌دهد، مي‌تواند مبناي سعادت و اصلاح يا شقاوت و انحراف جامعه قرار گيرد. روش:‌ ضمن مرور مفاهيم و مباني فرهنگ دانشگاهي در آثار معتبر علمي دنيا، با تكيه بر روش‌ نظرية داده‌بنياد متني، به بررسي انديشه‌هاي رهبر معظم انقلاب در خصوص نقش مديريت و فرهنگ جهادي در عرصة علمي و دانشگاهي پرداخته شد. يافته‌ها: تبيين نظام‌مند و روشمند مؤلفه‌هاي اصلي و فرعي «روحية جهادي» به عنوان يكي از اصلي‌ترين لايه‌هاي شكل‌دهنده فرهنگ براي دانشگاهيان(مديران، اساتيد و دانشجويان)، از مهم‌ترين يافته‌هاي پژوهش حاضر است. نتيجه‌گيري: هرگونه اقدام و تصميم در فضاي دانشگاهي، از جمله فرهنگ دانشگاه، از يك سو مستلزم درك پيچيدگي‌هاي آن است و از سوي ديگر، مستلزم فهم صحيح از حركت در راستاي اهداف انقلاب اسلامي، از جمله روحية جهادي است. كليدواژه‌ها

Objectives: The purpose of this article is to show the reflection of Jihadi spirit and culture in the field of academic culture. The institution of science and the university are one of the most influential institutions in any society that shape the destiny and history of that society. In fact, a special part of the culture of any society is formed by its educated class, which is supposed to grow and be educated in the institution of the university. Hence, the culture that the scientific and academic strata express themselves, both among themselves and among other sections of society, can be the basis of happiness and reform, or the cruelty and perversion of society. Method: Based on this and with the main purpose of reflecting management and Jihadi culture in academic culture, while reviewing the concepts and foundations of academic culture in the world's authoritative scientific works, relying on the method of textual theory based on the ideas of the Supreme Leader of the Revolution regarding the role of management and Jihadi culture was discussed in the scientific and academic fields. Results: Systematic and methodical explanation of the main and sub-components of "Jihadi Spirit", as one of the main shaping layers of culture for academics (administrators, professors and students), is one of the most important findings of the present study. Conclusion: Any action and decision in the university environment, including university culture, on the one hand requires understanding its complexities and on the other hand requires a correct understanding of moving towards the goals of the Islamic Revolution, including the Jihadi Spirit.
