بررسي ميزان امنيت و عوامل مؤثر بر آن در پارك ها و تفرجگاه ها از ديدگاه شهروندان گرگاني

امنيت يكي از نيازهاي اساسي انسان محسوب مي شود و اهميت اين موضوع در پارك ها و تفرجگاه ها به عنوان محيطي كه انسان آن را به عنوان مكاني براي آرامش، استراحت و فرار از دغدغه ها و مشغله هاي زندگي روزمره در نظر مي گيرد، دوچندان مي گردد. اين مطالعه براي ارزيابي ميزان امنيت در پارك ها و تفرجگاه هاي شهرستان گرگان از ديدگاه شهروندان در سال 1391 صورت گرفته است. براي انجام اين پژوهش، تعدادي پرسشنامه در مورد ميزان امنيت در تفرجگاه ها و ارائه ي راهكارهايي براي ايجاد نظم در اين اماكن طراحي و در ميان شهروندان گرگاني مراجعه كننده به پارك توزيع گرديد‌‌‌‌‌. يافته هاي تحقيق نشان مي دهد كه اكثريت شهروندان با حضور نيروهاي امنيتي به طور نامحسوس براي ايجاد نظم و امنيت در پارك و تفرجگاه موافق بوده اند و تمام مواقع را براي حضور نيروهاي امنيتي لازم دانسته اند. با توجه به اين كه آسيب پذيرترين اقشار جامعه در رابطه با موضوع امنيت، قشر زنان و كودكان هستند، حدود نيمي از شهروندان كاهش مزاحمت را با رعايت حفظ حجاب تا حدودي مرتبط مي دانند. جمع بسياري از شهروندان، روي آوردن افراد بزه كار به پارك ها را به خاطر وجود مشكلات اجتماعي در ساير بخش هاي جامعه عنوان نموده و حضور پررنگ خانواده ها را در كاهش فعاليت افراد بزه كار مؤثر دانسته اند. مصاحبه شوندگان سطح امنيت در پارك ها و تفرجگاه هاي شهر گرگان را نسبتا امن و حضور نيروهاي امنيتي را منحصر به قشر سني و اجتماعي خاصي ندانسته‌اند؛ بنابراين با در نظر گرفتن نتايج اين مطالعه، بايد سطح نظم و امنيت را با كمك دستگاه هاي امنيتي به طور نامحسوس و همكاري شهروندان در پارك ها و تفرجگاه هاي كشور افزايش دهيم تا تعداد مراجعان به اماكن تفرجگاهي افزايش يافته و برخي از آسيب هاي اجتماعي در ساير بخش هاي جامعه كاهش يابد.

Security is among the basic needs of humans and it gets much more important in parks and recreational places as an environment where people consider as a place for peace, relaxation and a staying away from daily life concerns. The present study aims to evaluate the security level in parks and recreational places in the city of Gorgan from the peoples’ perspective in the year 1331. To do so, some questionnaires were developed and distributed among those who coming to parks regarding security level in recreational places and strategies to keep order in these places. The findings show that most of the citizens agree with the impalpable presence of security forces for the purpose of order and security in the recreational places. Due to the fact that women and children are the most vulnerable parts of society regarding the issue of security, half of the citizens consider Hijab positively related with reduction of annoyance. Many of the citizens see social problems in other parts of society as the cause of criminals’ tendency to be active in parks and consider the tangible presence of families, influential in the reduction of the criminals’ activity level. They believe that security level in Gorgan’s parks is acceptable and they do not attribute the security forces presence limited to an age and social group. Hence, considering the results of this study, the level of security and order must be intensified through the help of impalpable presence of security forces and citizens’ cooperation. In this way, the number of people using the recreational places will be raised and some of the social problems in other parts of the society will be resolved.
