بررسي آراي بازديدكنندگان پارك جنگلي دلند در مورد ميزان نظم و امنيت

تفريح و تفرج يكي از نيازهاي اصلي بشر است و پارك هاي جنگلي و طبيعي يكي از منابع مهم تأمين نيازهاي تفرجي انسانها هستند. يكي از موضوعاتي كه در هر تفرجگاهي بسيار مهم است، مسأله‌ي نظم و امنيت تفرجگاه است و از آن جا كه تفرجگاه ها براي مردم احداث ميشود، بنابراين بدون آگاهي از خواسته ها و نيازهاي آنها نميتوان در خصوص چگونگي مديريت تفرجگاه تصميم گيري نمود. در مطالعه‌ي حاضر، آراي بازديدكنندگان پارك جنگلي دلند در مورد نظم و امنيت مورد بررسي قرار گرفته است. براي انجام پژوهش، 168 پرسشنامه در فصول تابستان و پاييز امسال تكميل شد. در اين پرسشنامه سؤالاتي در مورد علايق تفرجگاهي و همچنين تمايلات مردم در مورد چگونگي برقراري امنيت در تفرجگاه طراحي شد. در خصوص مسئول برقراري امنيت در منطقه، نتايج نشان مي‌دهد كه 12/5 درصد از بازديدكنندگان تمايل دارند كه نيروي انتظامي امنيت تفرجگاه را تأمين نمايد؛ در حالي كه 10/1 درصد از بازديدكنندگان تمايل دارند تا تنها نگهبانان پارك برقراري نظم و امنيت پارك را عهده دار باشند. در عين حال، 72/1 درصد از بازديدكنندگان تمايل دارند كه نيروي انتظامي و نگهبانان پارك به كمك هم در برقراري نظم و امنيت تفرجگاه بكوشند. نتايج اين مطالعه، ميتواند به مديران و برنامهريزان در مديريت تفرجگاه ها و برآورده نمودن خواسته ها و نيازهاي بازديدكنندگان كمك نمايد. با استفاده از نتايج، ميتوان با برآورده نمودن نيازهاي بازديدكنندگان گامي مهم در جهت ارتقاي كيفيت و مديريت بهينه تفرجگاه برداشت.

Having fun and recreation is one of the most basic needs of human beings and forest parks are among the most important sources of providing people with recreational needs. Order and security is one of the critical issues in every recreational place and since the aim of every recreational place is for people to use, therefore without knowing about their needs, no decision regarding the quality of recreational places management can be made. In the present study, the opinions of the visitors to Daland forest park regarding order and security have been investigated. To do so, 861 questionnaires were filled out during the summer and fall by the visitors. The questionnaires included questions regarding recreational interests and the visitors’ opinion in terms of the way order and security must be maintained. The results showed that 81/5 of the visitors believed that police force must be in charge of maintaining order and security; while 8/08 percent of them thought that it’s the park’s guards who must be in charge of keeping order and security. Also, 1108 percent of the visitors believed that both police force and the guards must be in charge of maintaining order and security. The results of this study can help the managers and officials in running the recreational places and fulfilling the visitors’ needs and accordingly take an important step towards improving the quality of the recreational places’ management.
