بررسي مدل علي انعطاف پذيري، انسجام خانواده و تعهد هويت با نقش واسطه گري سبك هاي هويت

A Causal Model of Family Cohesion, Flexibility and Commitment of Identity by Mediating Role of Identity Style

پژوهش حاضر بررسي مدلي علي از انعطاف پذيري و انسجام خانواده و تعهد هويت با واسطه گري سبك هاي هويت مي باشد. اين پژوهش از نوع توصيفي و همبستگي است. 306 نفر از دانش آموزان دختر دبيرستان هاي كازرون به روش نمونه گيري خوشه اي چند مرحله اي، با استفاده از پرسشنامه هاي انعطاف پذيري، انسجام خانواده و سبك هاي هويت برزونسكي مورد آزمون قرار گرفته اند. يافته هاي حاصل با روش معادلات اندازه گيري و ساختاري به وسيله نرم افزار LISREL مورد بررسي قرار گرفتند. نتايج حاصل نشان داد كه انعطاف پذيري و انسجام خانواده داراي اثرات مستقيم و متفاوتي بر سبك هاي هويت اطلاعاتي، سبك هويت هنجاري و سبك هويت سردرگم-اجتنابي ست و سبك هاي هويت نيز داراي سهم هاي تبيين كنندگي متفاوتي بر تعهد هويت مي باشد. نتايج نشان دهنده اهميت مدل ارتباط والدين با فرزندان و نحوه اعمال قوانين معين در چارچوب خانواده در جريان فرآيند هويت يابي مي باشد. در اين راستا والدين و مشاوران مدارس مي توانند بسيار تاثيرگذار باشند.

The results showed that the flexibility and cohesion of the family has a direct impact on identity style and identity styles also share the commitment of identity is different explanatory. The results illustrate the importance of communication, parent-child model identification process is underway.
