The Role of Detective Literacy in Improving Social Security Level of a Community

با دگرگوني در حوزه جرم و پيچيدگي آن مي‌طلبد كه افراد براي در امان ماندن از جرم؛ ترفندهاي مجرم را بشناسند تا گرفتار آن نشوند. لذا در اين بين تنها چيزي كه مي‌تواند افراد جامعه را در برابر جرم واكسينه نمايد سواد كارآگاهي است. سواد كارآگاهي يكي از مجموعه سواد‌هاي موجود در جامعه است كه اگر عموم مردم به آن توجه بيشتري داشته باشند و آن را بشناسند كمتر دچار زيان از سوي جرم و مجرم مي‌شوند. تشريح ابعاد مفاهيم سواد كارآگاهي در جامعه و چگونگي نقش آن در پيشگيري و كاهش جرم و ارتباط مردم با پليس. روش به كار رفته در مقاله حاضر از لحاظ ماهيت كاربردي بوده و از نوع توصيفي - تحليلي مي‌باشد. زماني كه مردم آگاه مي‌شوند و سواد پليسي و بخصوص كارآگاهي آنان بالا مي رود، و به نوعي در فعاليتهاي پليسي مي‌توانند مشاركت داشته باشند لذا پليس با بالا بردن دانش و سواد كارآگاهي مردم مي‌تواند از ورودي‌هاي آمار پرونده‌ها جلوگيري نمايد. به عبارتي مردم وقتي آگاه شوند، مي‌توانند در برقراري امنيت در جامعه، با پليس مشاركت فعال داشته باشند و زمينه هاي كاهش جرم در جامعه فراهم مي‌شود. زمانيكه آموزشهاي اصولي درمورد جرايم مختلف و نحوه مقابله با آنها به اقشار مختلف جامعه متناسب با شرايط سني و فرهنگي هر گروه ارائه مي شود در نتيجه، سطح سواد كارآگاهي در جامعه بالا رفته و امنيت درآن ارتقاء مي يابد.

The transformation in crime domain and its complexity require that in order for people to remain safe from crime, they should be aware of criminal ruse to prevent being affected by it. Therefore; the only thing that can immunize people from crimes, is detective literacy. Detective literacy is one of the series of existing literacy in the community that if people pay more attention to it and know it, they can suffer less damage from crimes and criminals. Describing the dimensions of detective literacy concepts in the community and the role it plays in crime prevention and mitigation and peoples’ relations with the police is useful. The method used in this article is of applied and descriptive- analytical types. When people are aware and their police and in particular, detective literacy improves, they can somehow participate in police activities, and therefore; police can prevent case file surge. In other words, when people are aware, they can actively cooperate with police in restoring order and security in their community and they can set the stage to reduce crimes in their community. When different classes of people are provided with fundamental training commensurate with their age and cultural background on different crimes and methods of countering them, the level of detective literacy will increase in the community and its security status will be optimized, as well.
