چكيده فارسي :
در اين پژوهش تاثير معماري ايراني اسلامي بر جرائم منافي عفت بررسي شده است و به سه سوال اصلي: تاثير معماري ايراني بر پيشگيري از جرائم منافي عفت عليه زنان و اثر بخشي اين نوع معماري به دو نوع اين جرائم و تاثيرات آن بر جرائم سازمان يافته ي جنسي پاسخ داده شد. با توجه به موضوع كه پژوهشي ميان رشته اي بود از نظرات معماران و جرم شناسان به شكل توصيفي و تحليلي استفاده شده است، از مقالات و كتب مختلف در اين دو حوزه ي دانشگاهي نيز استفاده شد. يافته هاي پژوهش حاكي از آن بود كه معماري ايراني بر پيشگيري از جرائم منافي عفت تاثيري محسوس دارد و كنار گذاشتن فرهنگ و شيوه ي ساخت و ساز در معمارهاي خودي جرم زاست.
عدم توجه به حوزه هاي مختلف سبب شده معماري هاي امروز زنان را به عنوان عرضه در بازار تقاضا در مقابل ديدگان عموم افراد جامعه قرار دهد. عدم رعايت مولفه هاي تاثيرگذار معماري ايراني مي تواند سبب رونق گرفتن چشم چراني و هوسبازي و در نتيجه زمينه جهت ترويج فحشاء و منافي عفت ها به طور مستقيم يا غير مستقيم را فراهم كند.
چكيده لاتين :
This research deals withthe impact of Islamic-Iranian architecture on vice crimes[1] and three main questions have been answered: the impact of Islamic-Iranian architecture on vice crimes on women, Efficacy of this kind of architecture on two kinds of these crimes and its impacts on sexual organized crimes. In regards to the subject being interdisciplinary, architectures’ and criminologists’ views have been put into use and different articles and books have been utilized in a descriptive-analytical way, as well. The research findings showed that the Iranian architectues has a discernible impact on the prevention of vice crimes and setting aside the culture and methods of construction of our own architecture brings about crimes.
Lack of attention to various fields have caused today’s architecture to put women an a supply stand in the demand market on the display of the society. Not observing the impressive parameters of the Iranian architecture can contribute to voyeurism and lust and as a result, setting the stage for promoting prostitution and vice crimes directly and indirectly.
