ﭼﮑﯿﺪه ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ آﺑﯿﺎري ﺑﺎ آب ﻣﻐﻨﺎﻃﯿﺴﯽ ﺑﺮ ﺑﻬﺒﻮد ﺗﺤﻤﻞ ﺑﻪ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺧﺸﮑﯽ در ﻣﺎش رﻗﻢ ﭘﺮﺗﻮ آزﻣﺎﯾﺸﯽ ﮔﻠﺪاﻧﯽ در داﻧﺸﮕﺎه آزاد اﺳﻼﻣﯽ واﺣﺪ ﯾﺎدﮔﺎر اﻣﺎم ﺧﻤﯿﻨﯽ )ره( ﺷﻬﺮري در ﺳﺎل 1392 اﺟﺮا ﺷﺪ. اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﻓﺎﮐﺘﻮرﯾﻞ در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﭘﺎﯾﻪ ﮐﺎﻣﻼ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﺑﺎ ﭼﻬﺎر ﺗﮑﺮار اﻧﺠﺎم ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﻋﺎﻣﻞ اول آﺑﯿﺎري در دو ﺳﻄﺢ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﺷﺎﻫﺪ )آﺑﯿﺎري ﭘﺲ از 50 ﻣﯿﻠﯿﻤﺘﺮ ﺗﺒﺨﯿﺮ از ﺗﺸﺖ ﺗﺒﺨﯿﺮ ﮐﻼس A( و ﺗﻨﺶ آﺑﯽ )آﺑﯿﺎري ﭘﺲ از 100 ﻣﯿﻠﯿﻤﺘﺮ ﺗﺒﺨﯿﺮ از ﺗﺸﺖ ﺗﺒﺨﯿﺮ ﮐﻼس A( و ﻋﺎﻣﻞ دوم ﻧﯿﺰ ﻧﻮع آب در دو ﺳﻄﺢ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ آﺑﯿﺎري ﺑﺎ آب ﻣﻌﻤﻮﻟﯽ و آﺑﯿﺎري ﺑﺎ آب ﻣﻐﻨﺎﻃﯿﺴﯽ ﺑﻮد. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن ﮐﻪ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺧﺸﮑﯽ ﻣﻮﺟﺐ ﮐﺎﻫﺶ ﺗﻌﺪاد ﻏﻼف ﺑﻮﺗﻪ، ﺗﻌﺪاد داﻧﻪ در ﻏﻼف، وزن ﻫﺰار داﻧﻪ، ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد داﻧﻪ، زﯾﺴﺖ ﺗﻮده و ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﺑﺮداﺷﺖ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. از ﺳﻮي دﯾﮕﺮ آﺑﯿﺎري ﺑﺎ آب ﻣﻐﻨﺎﻃﯿﺴﯽ ﻣﻮﺟﺐ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﺗﻤﺎﻣﯽ ﺻﻔﺎت اﻧﺪازهﮔﯿﺮي ﺷﺪه ﺗﺤﺖ ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ ﻋﺪم ﺗﻨﺶ و وﺟﻮد ﺗﻨﺶ ﺷﺪ. ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد داﻧﻪ در ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ ﻋﺪم ﺗﻨﺶ ﺑﺎ آﺑﯿﺎري ﻣﻌﻤﻮﻟﯽ و آﺑﯿﺎري ﻣﻐﻨﺎﻃﯿﺴﯽ ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ ﺑﺮاﺑﺮ ﺑﺎ 6/81 و 9/70 ﮔﺮم ﺑﺮ ﺑﻮﺗﻪ ﺑﻮد. ﺗﺤﺖ ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺧﺸﮑﯽ ﻧﯿﺰ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد داﻧﻪ در ﺗﯿﻤﺎر آﺑﯿﺎري ﻣﻌﻤﻮﻟﯽ و آﺑﯿﺎري ﻣﻐﻨﺎﻃﯿﺴﯽ ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ ﺑﺮاﺑﺮ ﺑﺎ 2/56 و 4/55 ﮔﺮم ﺑﺮ ﺑﻮﺗﻪ ﺛﺒﺖ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. ﺑﻨﺎﺑﺮاﯾﻦ ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ اﯾﻦ ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻣﯽﺗﻮان ﭘﯿﺸﻨﻬﺎد ﻧﻤﻮد ﮐﻪ آﺑﯿﺎري ﺑﺎ آب ﻣﻐﻨﺎﻃﯿﺴﯽ ﺑﻌﻨﻮان روﺷﯽ ﺳﺎده، ﺳﺎﻟﻢ و ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدي ﻣﯽﺗﻮاﻧﺪ در ﺑﻬﺒﻮد رﺷﺪ و ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﻣﺎش ﺗﺤﺖ ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ وﺟﻮد و ﻋﺪم وﺟﻮد ﺗﻨﺶ ﺧﺸﮑﯽ ﺑﮑﺎر رود
چكيده لاتين :
In order to investigate the effect of magnetized water on improvement of drought tolerance of
mung bean (cv. Partow) a pot experiment was done in Yadegar-e-Imam Khomeini Branch, Islamic
Azad University at 2013. This experiment was conducted in factorial at the basis of completely
randomized design with four replications. The first factor consisted of two irrigation levels
including irrigation after 50 mm evaporation from class A evaporation pan as control and irrigation
after 100 mm evaporation from class A evaporation pan as drought stress. The second factor
consisted of two types of water including tap water and magnetized water. Results showed that
drought stress decreased pod number, seed per pod, 1000-seeds weight, seed yield, biomass and
harvest index. Nonetheless, magnetic irrigation increased all measured traits under normal anddrought conditions. Under normal conditions seed yield was recorded 6.81 and 9.70 g plant-1 at tap
water and magnetized water treatments respectively. Under drought stress conditions also seed
yield was achieved 2.56 and 4.55 g plant-1 at tap water and magnetized water treatments
respectively. Therefore, it suggest that irrigation with magnetized water as simple, safe and
applicable method can use for improvement growth and yield of mung bean under both normal and
drought conditions
