چكيده فارسي :
ﻫﺪف: ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺑﺎ ﻫﺪف ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴﻪ ﺑﯿﻦ وﺿﻊ ﻣﻮﺟﻮد و ﻣﻄﻠﻮب ﺑﻪ ﮐﺎرﮔﯿﺮي ﻓﻨﺎوري ﻣﻌﻨﺎﯾﯽ در ﺑﺎزﯾﺎﺑﯽ اﻃﻼﻋﺎت در ﻧﺮماﻓﺰارﻫﺎي ﮐﺘﺎﺑﺨﺎﻧﻪ دﯾﺠﯿﺘﺎﻟﯽ اﯾﺮان اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. روش: اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ از ﻧﻮع ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدي اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﺑﻪ روش ﭘﯿﻤﺎﯾﺸﯽ و ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ 8 ﻧﺮماﻓﺰار ﮐﺘﺎﺑﺨﺎﻧﻪ دﯾﺠﯿﺘﺎﻟﯽ ﺳﯿﻤﺮغ، ﭘﯿﺎم ﻣﺸﺮق، ﭘﺎرس آذرﺧﺶ، ﭘﯿﺎم ﺣﻨﺎن، رﺳﺎ، ﺗﺒﯿﺎن، ﺳﺎﻣﺎن و ﭘﺎﺳﺎرﮔﺎد ﺑﻮد. اﺑﺰارﮔﺮدآوري دادهﻫﺎ ﺳﯿﺎﻫﻪ وارﺳﯽ اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ در زﻣﯿﻨﻪ ﮐﺎرﺑﺮد ﻓﻨﺎوري ﻣﻌﻨﺎﯾﯽ در ﺑﺎزﯾﺎﺑﯽ اﻃﻼﻋﺎت در ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰارﻫﺎي ﮐﺘﺎﺑﺨﺎﻧﻪﻫﺎي دﯾﺠﯿﺘﺎﻟﯽ ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﻧﻈﺮ ﻣﺘﺨﺼﺼﺎن و ﺑﺎ روش دﻟﻔﯽ در ﺳﻪ ﺑﺨﺶ ﻣﻌﻤﺎري ﻓﻨﺎوري ﻣﻌﻨﺎﯾﯽ، اﺑﺰارﻫﺎي ﻓﻨﺎوري ﻣﻌﻨﺎﯾﯽ، ﻓﻨﺎوري ﻣﻌﻨﺎﯾﯽ در ﺑﺎزﯾﺎﺑﯽ اﻃﻼﻋﺎت ﻣﻮرد اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﻗﺮارﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﺟﻬﺖ ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ دادهﻫﺎ از روش ﻣﻌﺎدﻻت ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎري وارﯾﺎﻧﺲ ﻣﺤﻮر، ﻣﺪلﺳﺎزي ﺣﺪاﻗﻞ ﻣﺮﺑﻌﺎت ﺟﺰﺋﯽ )PLS-SEM(، آزﻣﻮنﻫﺎي ﮐﻠﻤﻮﮔﺮوف اﺳﻤﯿﺮﻧﻮف و ﮐﺮوﺳﮑﺎل واﻟﯿﺲ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪﻫﺎ: ﺑﯿﻦ وﺿﻊ ﻣﻮﺟﻮد ﺷﺮﮐﺖﻫﺎي ﻧﺮماﻓﺰاري ﮐﺘﺎﺑﺨﺎﻧﻪﻫﺎي دﯾﺠﯿﺘﺎﻟﯽ اﯾﺮان از ﻧﻈﺮ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎر ﻣﻌﻤﺎري ﻓﻨﺎوري ﻣﻌﻨﺎﯾﯽ، اﺑﺰارﻫﺎي ﻣﻌﻨﺎﯾﯽ و ﻓﻨﺎوري ﻣﻌﻨﺎﯾﯽ در ﺑﺎزﯾﺎﺑﯽ اﻃﻼﻋﺎت ﺑﺎ وﺿﻊ ﻣﻄﻠﻮب ﺑﻪ دﺳﺖ آﻣﺪه در ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ اﺧﺘﻼف ﻣﻌﻨﯽداري وﺟﻮد دارد. ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ رﺗﺒﻪﻫﺎ ﺑﺮاﺑﺮ ﺑﺎ 14/5، 11/63و 29/5 اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺴﯿﺎر ﺑﺰرگﺗﺮ و ﺑﻬﺘﺮ از وﺿﻊ ﻣﻮﺟﻮد ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪﮔﯿﺮي: ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ اﻫﻤﯿﺖ ﻓﻨﺎوريﻫﺎي ﻣﻌﻨﺎﯾﯽ،ﮐﺘﺎﺑﺨﺎﻧﻪﻫﺎي دﯾﺠﯿﺘﺎﻟﯽ اﯾﺮان، از ﻧﻈﺮ ﮐﺎرﺑﺮد اﯾﻦ ﻓﻨﺎوريﻫﺎ در ﺑﺎزﯾﺎﺑﯽ اﻃﻼﻋﺎت، وﺿﻌﯿﺖ ﻣﻄﻠﻮﺑﯽ ﻧﺪارﻧﺪ و ﻧﯿﺎزﻣﻨﺪ ﻻﯾﻪﻫﺎﯾﯽ ﻓﺮاﺗﺮ از ﻃﺮاﺣﯽ اوﻟﯿﻪ ﺧﻮد ﻫﺴﺘﻨﺪ و ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﻣﺴﺘﻠﺰم ﺑﺎزﻧﮕﺮي ﺟﺪي و ﺗﻼش ﺑﺮاي رﺳﯿﺪن ﺑﻪ وﺿﻊ ﻣﻄﻠﻮب از ﺳﻮي ﻃﺮاﺣﺎن ﻧﺮماﻓﺰارﻫﺎي ﮐﺘﺎﺑﺨﺎﻧﻪ دﯾﺠﯿﺘﺎﻟﯽ ﻫﺴﺘﻨﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to compare the existing and desirable use of semantic technology in data retrieval in digital library software of Iran. Method: This is an applied research. Due to the specific nature of the research, the combination of Delphi methods, analytical scrutiny were used. After examining the literature and available resources, criteria related to semantic technology components were determined in data retrieval in digital library software. Because of the limitations regarding the lack of appropriate criteria and the need for validation in many cases, it was necessary to use a suitable method for this. Finally, the Delphi method was selected. Using the Delphi panel, the coefficients of the general criteria and semantic technology components were determined in the data retrieval of digital libraries. The statistical population of the study was consisting of eight software of the Simorgh digital library, Mashreq, Pars Azarakhsh, payam Hanan, Rasa, Tebiyan, Saman and Pasargad. The data processing tool is a checking log . According to experts, Delphi's methodology was used in 3 parts of semantic technology architecture, semantic technology tools, semantic technology in data retrieval and their implementation levels this is under the observation of experts, in addition, the method of Delphi is used in this investigation in 3 fields which are meaningful technological architecture, Data were analyzed using structural equation analysis of variance-axis, partial least squares modeling (PLS -SEM), Kolmogorov-Smirnov and Kruskal-Wallis tests and Spss25 softwares was used.. Findings: There is a significant difference between the current status of the software companies of digital libraries in terms of architectural structure, semantic tools and semantic technology in retrieving information with the desired status of the research. The findings of the investigation showed that digital libraries in terms of meaningful technological practical and meaningful technological architecture in information marketing do not have a suitable condition and they need the layers more than the first designing. Also, semantic tools and implemented languages have a very weak semantic technology, and there are not many semantic tools for development and implementation, an‎d they surpassed each other in a few cases. the majority at the initial stage were knowing. Furthermore implementing tools, it does not have a suitable situation and by paying attention to this area in. Therefore, given the importance of semantic technologies in information retrieval, there is a need for serious rethinking and efforts to achieve the desired status of digital library software designers in Iran.
