چكيده فارسي :
هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسي روند موضوعي حوزه بيوشيمي و زيست‌شناسي مولكولي ايران به‌منظور شناسايي موضوع هاي داغ و نوظهور و بررسي سير تحولات انجام‌شده در ساختار فكري اين حوزه در يك بازه زماني ده‌ساله است. اين پژوهش از نظر نوع، توصيفي و از نظر هدف، كاربردي است. ساختار فكري حوزه بيوشيمي و زيست شناسي مولكولي ايران با استفاده از فنون تحليل هم‌رخدادي واژگان و تحليل ارجاع‌ها مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. جامعه پژوهش حاضر را كليه مقاله‌هاي پژوهشي و مروري منتشرشده توسط پژوهشگران ايراني در طول سال‌هاي 2008-2017 در مجله‌هاي نمايه‌سازي‌شده در پايگاه اطلاعاتي «وب‌آوساينس» موسوم به «وبگاه علوم» تشكيل مي‌دهد. ابزار گردآوري داده‌ها، پايگاه اطلاعاتي «وبگاه علوم» است و ابزار تجزيه و تحليل يافته‌ها جهت ترسيم ساختار فكري اين حوزه نرم‌افزار «سايت‌اسپيس» است. نتايج نشان داد كه واژگاني مانند: بيان ژن، پروتئين، برون‌تني، استرس اكسيداتيو، پيوند، آپوپتوز و سلول در زمره مباحث داغ پژوهشي ايران و اصطلاحاتي چون كيتوسان، نانوكامپوزيت، فعاليت ضدباكتري، ديناميك مولكولي، سلول‌هاي بنيادي، سلول‌هاي بنيادي مزانشيمي و ايموبليزاسيون بيانگر موضوعهاي نوظهور در پژوهش‌هاي ايران در بازه زماني مورد بررسي است. افزايش توليدات حوزه بيوشيمي و زيست‌شناسي مولكولي ايران در سطح جهاني و قرار گرفتن آن در اولويت‌هاي پژوهشي كشور باعث شد كه اين حوزه از ديدگاه علم‌سنجي مورد بررسي قرار گيرد. از اين رو، با توجه به موضوعهاي داغ و نوظهور شناسايي‌شده در اين پژوهش، از اين‌گونه پژوهش‌ها مي‌توان به‌عنوان يك نقشه راه براي برنامه‌ريزي‌ها و سياست‌گذاري‌هاي كلان علمي كشور استفاده نمود.
چكيده لاتين :
The purpose of this descriptive research was to identify hot
and emerging topics in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology in Iran and
to map the intellectual structure of this field in a ten-year period. The
intellectual structure of the field of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology
in Iran was studied by analyzing co-occurrences of keywords and cited
references. The research population of this study was all research and
review papers of Iranian researchers published in journals indexed by
the Web of Science database from 2008 to 2017. The collected data
from Web of Science were analyzed by the CiteSpace Software in
order to map the intellectual structure of this field. The results showed
that the keywords such as gene expression, protein, in vitro, oxidative
stress, binding, apoptosis and cell were among the hot research topics
in Iran and terms such as chitosan, nanocomposite, antibacterial
activity, dynamics molecules, stem cells, mesenchymal stem cells and
immobilization have been indicative of the emerging topics in Iranian
research in the studied time period. Increasing publications in the field
of biochemistry and molecular biology in Iran at the international level
and its inclusion in the country’s research priorities led us to conduct a
scientometric study of this research area. Therefore, due to the hot and
emerging topics identified in this research, such studies can be used as
a road map for the country’s large-scale scientific planning and policy.
