روايت‌شناسي در ميانه ساختارگرايي و پساساختارگرايي؛ معرفي و ارزيابي كتاب سواد روايت

Narratology in the middle of structuralism and post-structuralism

اين مقاله به دنبال معرفي، نقد و ارزيابي شكلي و محتوايي كتاب سواد روايت اثر اچ. پورتر ابوت است. براي اين منظور ابتدا در مقدمه تعريفي از روايت و روايت­ شناسي، شرح مختصري از تاريخ روايت و چرايي انتخاب اين كتاب براي نقد و ارزيابي ارائه مي ­شود. در ادامه از دو منظر اصلي شكلي و محتوايي نقد و ارزيابي كتاب انجام مي شود. در ارزيابي شكلي، رواني قلم نويسنده، شيوايي ترجمه آن، شكل ظاهري كتاب، ويراستاري و متغيرهايي از اين دست بررسي مي­ شود. همچنين در ارزيابي محتوايي كتاب، روش نويسنده در نگارش، پيوندهاي فكري نويسنده با رويكردهاي مختلف نظري و نقاط قوت و ضعف موضوعات و مباحث طرح شده در كتاب مدنظر قرار مي ­گيرد. كتاب سواد روايت با قلمي روان و ترجمه­ اي مناسب، با استفاده از روشي استقرايي و متاثر از سنت­ هاي مشخص ساختارگرايي و پساساختارگرايي، اثري ارزشمند در حوزه روايت­ شناسي است. اين كتاب مي ­تواند نقش موثري در شكل­ دهي چارچوب­ هاي تحليل روايي در جامعه علمي كشور داشته باشد. همچنين اين اثر مي‌تواند مسئله روايت را از سطح نخبگان جامعه به سطح مخاطبان عام بكشاند و دغدغه روايت و روايت­شناسي را همه ­گير سازد.

This paper introduces the book Savad-e Revayat and analyses it based on form and content. First of all, definition of narration and narratology, brief review of narration history and the reason of selecting this book for analyzing has been presented in the introduction. Reviewing the history of narration will be helpful for understanding the importance and reasoning of analyzing this book. After that, in the formic analyzing, eloquence of the book, Persian translation quality, book’s appearance, editing and other formic characters have been analyzed. Also, in the content analyzing, the author’s method in theoretical arguments, different theory frameworks of the book, and the strengths and weaknesses of the content have been investigated. Savad-e Revayat has good suitable writing and translation. The book has been used inductive method and both structuralism and poststructuralism frameworks. Therefore, Savad-e Revayat is worthy and valuable in the field of narratology. This book should play significant role in narration analysis in Iranian academia. Furthermore, Savad-e Revayat could transfer the matters of narration and narratology from elites to public.
