تحليل شخصيت سياسي امام خميني مبتني بر ديدگاه كارل راجرز و آدلر در رهبري انقلاب : تحليلي روانشناختي

Imam Khomeini’s Political Personality Analysis from Carl Rogers and Adler’s Perspective: A Psychological Analysis

تحليل شخصيتهاي سياسي و درك محيطي كه در آن سياستمداران به قدرت رسيده اند يكي از محورهاي اصلي تحليلهاي حوزه روان شناسي سياسي است. به عبارتي، روان شناسي سياسي و رويكردهاي آن به زمينه هاي گسترده نظير نقش رهبري و كيش شخصيتي در رفتارهاي سياسي تعلق دارد. تبيين ماهيت، شخصيت و رفتار سياسي رهبري امام خميني (ره) و علت تاثير گذاري عميق وي در تحولات اجتماعي و فرهنگي سياسي هدف نوشتار حاضر است تا بتوان به درك روشمند رسيد بنابر اين پرسش اصلي اين بود كه از منظر روانشناسي سياسي بويژه كارل راجرز و آدلر چه تعاملاتي ميان شخصيت و سبك رهبري امام خميني (ره) و رعايت اخلاق سياسي و انساني وجود داشته است؟ و مولفه هاي رفتار سياسي امام خميني (ره) در جذب افراد در جريان انقلاب اسلامي چه بوده است؟ يافته هاي اين پژوهش با استفاده از مفهوم سازي و روش تحليلي- اسنادي و كتابخانه اي، نشانگر تعامل شخصيت و شيوه رهبري امام خميني (ره) بر پايه نقش سياسي منحصر به فرد او در جذب افراد در فرايند انقلاب اسلامي بوده است.

The analysis of political figures and perceiving the context in which the politicians have come to power is one of the main axes of analysis in political psychology. The two-way relationship between politics and psychology means the understanding of politics from the perspective of psychology and the understanding of psychology from the perspective of politics. In other words, political psychology and its approaches belong to broad fields such as the role of leadership and personality cult in political behavior. Explaining the nature, personality and political behavior of Imam Khomeini's leadership and the reason for his profound influence on social, cultural political developments is the purpose of this article so that it can help us to find a methodical understanding and analyze it more than before. Based on the political psychology, the main question is that what interactions were between the Imam Khomeini's personality and his style of leadership and the observance of political and human ethics? and what were the components of Imam Khomeini's political behavior in attracting people during the Islamic Revolution? The findings of this study, using conceptualization and analytical-documentary and library method, show the interaction of Imam Khomeini's personality and leadership style based on his unique political role in attracting people in the process of the Islamic Revolution and basically Imam's interaction with the elites and the scholars and his special life style since he always had simple living as a priority in his life and it has been very influential in his permanence
