سنجش اهميت و عملكرد شاخص‌هاي مديريت يكپارچه گردشگري در ساحل شهر سرخرود

Measuring the importance and performance of integrated tourism management indicators on the coast of Sorkhrud city

لذا پژوهش حاضر از نوع كاربردي و به لحاظ روش، توصيفي- تحليلي بوده و جهت جمع‌آوري اطلاعات ميداني از ابزار پرسشنامه استفاده شده است كه ميان نمونه تصادفي از جامعه آماري به تعداد 364 نفر بر اساس فرمول مورگان توزيع گرديده است. براي تجزيه و تحليل داده‌ها از آزمون‌ كولموگروف – اسميرنوف (براي سنجش نرمال بودن توزيع داده‌ها)، آزمون رگرسيون خطي چند متغيره (براي رتبه‌بندي شاخص‌هاي پژوهش از نظر چهار گروه ذي‌نفع) و آزمون تي با دو نمونه جفتي (استخراج آماره تي وليو) استفاده شده است. نتايج توزيع و تكميل پرسشنامه در ميان گروه‌هاي ذينفع و انجام روش تجزيه و تحليل اهميت - عملكرد شاخص‌هاي پژوهش نشان داد كه مقدار ميانگين‌هاي اهميت و عملكرد همه شاخص‌هاي مديريت يكپارچه گردشگري، مقاديري منفي است؛ به اين معنا كه عملكرد حال حاضر اين شاخص‌ها در ارتباط با گردشگري ساحلي شهر سرخرود، مطلوب نيست و با مقدار اهميت آنها شكاف چشم‌گيري دارند. در نتيجه ضروري است كه ابعاد و شاخص‌هاي مديريت يكپارچه گردشگري در ساحل سرخرود از طريق الزاماتي مانند هماهنگي بين مديران ديگر مؤسسات مرتبط با گردشگري، مانند هماهنگي ميان عوامل مديريتي و اجرايي سازمان ميراث فرهنگي و گردشگري و هتل‌داري و سازمان‌هاي مديريت شهري مرتبط با گردشگري بيشتر مورد توجه قرار گيرد.

The which was distributed among a random sample of 364 statistical population based on Morgan's formula. To analyze the data from the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test (to measure the normality of data distribution), the multivariate linear regression test (to rank the research indicators in terms of four stakeholders) and the TB test with two pairs of T-valves have been used. The results of the distribution and completion of the questionnaire among the stakeholders and the importance of performance analysis - the performance of research indicators showed that the value of the mean and the performance of all indicators of integrated tourism management are negative values, in the sense that The current performance of these indicators in relation to the coastal tourism of Sorkhroud city is not desirable and they have a significant gap with their importance. Conclusions: As a result, it is necessary to measure the dimensions and characteristics of integrated tourism management on the coast of Sorkhroud through requirements such as coordination between managers of other tourism-related institutions, such as coordination between management and executive agents of the Cultural Heritage and Tourism Organization and hotels and management organizations. A city associated with tourism should be given more attention.
