چكيده فارسي :
هدف پژوهش حاضر، تعيين رابطه چند متغيري بين معلم رهبري با سرزندگي تحصيلي، هيجانات تحصيلي و بهزيستي تحصيلي در دانش آموزان بود. روش تحقيق به لحاظ هدف، كاربردي و به لحاظ ماهيت پيمايشي و از نوع همبستگي چند متغيري مي باشد. جامعه آماري شامل تمامي دانش آموزان مقطع متوسطه دوم استان آذربايجان شرقي است كه در سالتحصيلي 1398-1397 مشغول به تحصيل بودند. حجم نمونه آماري با استفاده از فرمول كوكران 382 نفر با روش نمونه گيري طبقه اي انتخاب گرديد. داده ها با استفاده از ابزارهاي استاندارد بهزيستي تحصيلي، سرزندگي تحصيلي، معلم رهبري و هيجانات تحصيلي كه روايي آن ها توسط دو معيار روايي همگرا و واگرا و با استفاده از روش حداقل مربعات جزيي تاييد شد و پايايي آن ها از طريق ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ به ترتيب 95 /0، 94 /0، 98 /0 و 98 /0 بدست آمد، گردآوري شد. براي آزمون آماري از مدل معادلات ساختاري تحت نرم افزار Smart pls و نيز از تحليل رگرسيون چندگانه تحت نرم افزار 25spss.v. استفاده شد. نتايج يافته ها نشان داد مؤلفه معلم رهبري تاثير مستقيمي بر بهزيستي تحصيلي، هيجانات تحصيلي و سرزندگي تحصيلي دارد؛ ﻣﺘﻐﻴﺮهاي پيش بين(دانش و توانايي، چشم انداز توسعه اي، مسئوليت پذيري، نفوذ، محيط مثبت و قدرداني، همكاري و اخلاق) ﺑﺎ ﻣﺘﻐﻴﺮ ملاك بهزيستي تحصيلي راﺑﻄﻪ ﻣﻌﻨﻲداري دارند؛ شش ﻣﺘﻐﻴﺮ پيش بين(دانش و توانايي، چشم انداز توسعه اي، مسئوليت پذيري، نفوذ، محيط مثبت و قدرداني) ﺑﺎ ﻣﺘﻐﻴﺮ ملاك هيجانات تحصيلي راﺑﻄﻪ ﻣﻌﻨﻲداري دارند؛ دو ﻣﺘﻐﻴﺮپيش بين(نفوذ و قدرداني) ﺑﺎ ﻣﺘﻐﻴﺮ ملاك سرزندگي تحصيلي راﺑﻄﻪ ﻣﻌﻨﻲداري دارند.
چكيده لاتين :
The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between variables between leadership teacher with academic vitality, academic excitement and academic well-being in students. The research method is purpose-oriented, applied in terms of survey nature and multivariate correlation. The statistical population consisted of all secondary high school students of East Azarbaijan province who were studying during the period of 1397-1398. The sample size was 382 using Cochran's formula by stratified sampling. The data were analyzed using standard instruments of educational well-being, academic vitality, leadership teacher, and academic excitement. Their validity was confirmed by two convergent and divergent validity criteria using partial least squares method and their reliability through Cronbach's alpha coefficient 95/0, 94/0, 98/0 and 98/0 were collected. Structural equation model was used for statistical test using Smart pls software as well as multiple regression analysis under software 25spss.v. used. The results of the findings showed that the teacher leadership component had a direct effect on academic well-being, academic excellence and academic vitality; predictive variables (knowledge and ability, development perspective, accountability, influence, positive environment and appreciation, cooperation and ethics) with variables There is a significant relationship between the criterion of educational well-being and the six variables of prediction (knowledge and ability, development perspective, accountability, penetration, positive and grateful environment) with the variable of emotional values.
