شناسايي و تحليل عملكرد – اهميت عوامل مؤثر بر گردشگري دريايي (مورد مطالعه: بندر خرمشهر)

Identification and Importance - Performance Analysis Factors Affecting Maritime Tourism (Case Study: Khorramshahr Port

هدف تحقيق حاضر شناسايي و تحليل اهميت - عملكرد عوامل موثر در گردشگري دريايي در بندر خرمشهر مي باشد. اين پژوهش از لحاظ هدف كاربردي، از لحاظ نحوه گردآوري داده ها توصيفي - اكتشافي و از نوع تحقيقات آميخته مي باشد. بعد از شناسايي عوامل با استفاده از تحقيقات گذشته و مصاحبه با خبرگان (مصاحبه شوندگان نهايي 5 نفر)، دو پرسشنامه براي تحقيق طراحي شد. براي پرسشنامه اول (پرسشنامه دسته بندي عوامل)، جامعه آماري تحقيق گردشگراني بودند كه در سال 1396-1397 از بندر خرمشهر بازديد كردند. حجم نمونه با استفاده از فرمول كوكران 384 نفر برآورد شد كه به روش غيرتصادفي دردسترس انتخاب شدند. براي پاسخ به پرسشنامه دوم جهت تحليل عملكرد - اهميت، 7 نفر از گردشگران به روش قضاوتي انتخاب شدند. براي تحليل داده ها از نرم افزارهاي SPSS و اكسل استفاده شد. نتايج تحقيق نشان داد كه پنج متغير تسهيلات رفاهي - خدماتي، عوامل ايمني و امنيتي، عوامل اجتماعي - فرهنگي، امكانات و جاذبه هاي گردشگري و عوامل مربوط به دسترسي و آمد و شد بر بهبود گردشگري دريايي تاثير دارند. همچنين آزمون تحليل عملكرد - اهميت نشان داد كه دو عامل امكانات و جاذبه هاي گردشگري و تسهيلات رفاهي و خدماتي عواملي هستند كه بايد بندر خرمشهر بر آنها تمركز نمايد.

The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the Importance - Performance of the factors affecting maritime tourism in Khorramshahr port. This research is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of data collection, descriptive-exploratory and mix research type. After identifying factors using past research and interviewing experts (final interviewees, 5 people), two questionnaires were designed for research. For the first questionnaire (factorization questionnaire), the statistical population of the study was tourists who visited Khorramshahr in 1396-1393. The sample size was estimated using Cochran's formula of 384 people who were randomly selected. To answer the second questionnaire for Importance - Performance, 7 tourists were selected by judgment method. Data were analyzed using SPSS and Excel software. The results of the research showed that five variables of welfare -services facilities, safety and security factors, socio-cultural factors, tourism facilities and attractions, and traffic and access factors affect the improvement of maritime tourism. Also, Importance - Performance analysis showed that two factors of tourism facilities and attractions and welfare -services facilities are factors that should be focused on the port of Khoramshahr.
