بازي تاج‌وتختِ كرونا؛ آموزه اي براي سياست ورزي ايراني

Corona-Virus's A Game of Thrones

كروناويروس، به‌شتاب پديدار گشت، بسيارپُردامنه بر زيست جمعي بشر، كارساز شد و جهان را بر آستانه‌ي آشوب/دگرديسيِ ژرف نهاد. با كروناويروس، نشانه‌هاي يك جهانِ درحالِ‌دگرش و «درمرزافتاده»، آشكار شده و بزنگاهِ دگرساني پديدار آمده است. دنياي سياست نيز، از دگرديسي‌ها و فرگشت‌هاي برآمده از كرونا، برخوردار شده است. نگارنده، با پذيرشِ پيش‌انگاره‌‌هاي سه‌گانه‌ي‌ (دوكسا/اپيستمه‌ي افلاطون، دانشمند/سياستمدارِ وبر و پايان دموكراسيِ رانسيمن) و با بهره‌گيري از رويكرد انتقادي و رهيافت «تاريخِ اكنون» به‌همراهِ روش تبيينِ «چرا - بايد» كوشش كرده است‌ تا اين انگاره را پديدار و پايا سازد كه سياست‌ورزيِ برپايه‌ي زمامداران (دموكراتيك يا اقتدارگرا) همآورداني نوين يافته است‌كه استوار بر اپيستمه‌هايي با سرشت و گوهرِ غيرسياسي‌اند. كروناويروس، سياست‌ورزي جاافتاده بر شالوده‌ي «دوگانه‌هاي اقتدارگرايي/دموكراتيك» را برهم زده و نيروهاي تازه‌اي را به گستره‌ي سياست كشانده است‌كه پيش‌ ازاين، داو و خواسته‌اي در سياست‌ورزي نداشتند. اكنون با كرونا، گونه‌ي تازه‌اي از حكومت‌گري به‌نامِ «دموكراسي اپيستوكراتيك» يا «اقتدارگرايي اپيستوكراتيك»، درحالِ ريخت‌گرفتن است. سياست در ايرانِ آينده نيز، جداي از آموخته‌هاي آزمونِ جهاني‌شده‌ي كروناويروس نيست.

The corona-virus emerged rapidly, affecting the human life extensively, and putting the world on the brink of profound turmoil and transformation. With the Corona-virus, the signs of an evolving and edgy world are revealed and a moment of transformation emerges. The world of politics has also undergone transformations and evolutions arising of the corona. The author, by accepting the three presuppositions (Plato’s Doxa / Episteme, Weber’s Scientist / Politician and Ransiman’s End of Democracy) and by using the critical approach and attitude of "Present History" along with the explaining method of "why-should", has tried to make this hypothesis appear and be stable: Statesmanship (democratic or authoritarian) has found new counterparts based on episteme of a non-political nature. Corona-virus has disrupted politics based on the "authoritarian / democratic dichotomy" and brought new forces into the realm of politics that had no wish and dove in statecraft. With Corona, a new form of government called "Epistocratic Democracy" or "Epistocratic Authoritarianism" is now taking shape. Politics in the future Iran is not separate from what has been learned from the globalized coronavirus experience.
