The process of state-nation building in Israel; A challenge on the path to survival

امروزه حكمراني مطلوب، در گرو تكميل هر چه بهتر فرآيند دولت – ملت سازي است. مساله اي كه به عنوان چالشي جدي در مسير بقاء و ماندگاري رژيم صهيونيستي قرار گرفته است. اين رژيم مبناي وجودي خود را بر هويتي خاص و پيچيده بنا نموده كه در نگاه اول، اين هويت خاص مي تواند نقطه قوتي براي بقا و تشكيل يك جامعه محسوب شود؛ اما ويژگي هاي خاص اين هويت بر مبناي نژاد و عدم كثرت جمعيتي آن، براي اين رژيم چالش هايي را بوجود اورده است. از سوي ديگر، چندپارگي هسته اصلي شهروندان اين رژيم كه عمدتا از خارج از مرزهاي فلسطين اشغالي به اين سرزمين مهاجرت كرده اند، نيز به عنوان چالشي جدي بر سر راه ملت سازي قرار دارد. دولت – ملت سازي در اسرائيل با آسيب هاي متعدد در حوزه هاي سياسي، امنيتي و اقتصادي نيز روبروست. در اين پژوهش و به مقتضاي موضوع، از روش توصيفي- تحليلي استفاده شده است. همچنين ضمن مطالعه فرآيند دولت – ملت سازي در اسرائيل و با نگاهي به بافت جمعيتي و هويت جامعه فلسطينيان و يهوديان صهيونيست (شهروندان اسرائيلي)به عنوان جدي ترين چالش، به بررسي ناكامي هاي اين رژيم در تكميل فرآيند دولت - ملت سازي كه ادامه حيات و بقاء او را زير سوال برده است، مي پردازيم.

Good governance today depends on the best possible completion of the state-nation-building process. This issue has been placed as a serious challenge in the path of survival of the Zionist regime. This regime has based its existence on a special and complex identity that at first glance, this special identity can be considered a strong point for survival and formation of a society;But the specific characteristics of this identity based on race and its lack of demographic diversity have created challenges for this regime. On the other hand, the fragmentation of the core of the citizens of this regime, who have migrated to this land mainly from outside the borders of occupied Palestine, is also a serious challenge to nation-building. State-nation-building in Israel also faces multiple political, security, and economic implications. In this research and according to the subject, descriptive-analytical method has been used.Also, while studying the state-nation-building process in Israel and looking at the demographic context and identity of the Palestinian and Zionist Jewish community (Israeli citizens) as the most serious challenge, to examine the failures of this regime in completing the state-nation-building process that survives and His survival is in question, we will pay.
