بررسي دوره هاي آموزش ضمن خدمت از ديدگاه كارشناسان مراكز ناتواني يادگيري در شهرستان هاي استان تهران

Analysis of the Terms of in Serving Training Curriculum in View Point of Experts of Learning Disability Centers in Townships of Tehran

هدف از اين تحقيق، بررسي دوره هاي آموزش ضمن خدمت از ديدگاه كارشناسان مراكز ناتواني يادگيري در شهرستان هاي استان تهران مي ­باشد. روش: تحقيق حاضر، توصيفي از نوع اكتشافي مي­ باشد. جامعه آماري شامل تمامي كارشناسان شاغل در مراكز ناتواني يادگيري شهرستان­ هاي استان تهران مي­باشد كه در شش مركز گلستان، شهرري، پاكدشت، شهريار، ملاردو شهر قدس واقع شده­اند و تعداد آنها 50 نفر است كه با حجم نمونه برابر است و با روش سرشماري بررسي شدند. ابزار اندازه ­گيري تحقيق، پرسشنامه 46 سوالي در خصوص تدوين،اجرا و ارزشيابي نظام دار برنامه آموزش ضمن خدمت، بوده است. به منظور بررسي سوالات پژوهش از آزمونtتك نمونه اي استفاده شده.. يافته ها: نشان داد كه طبق نظر شركت كنندگان در طرح پژوهشي حاضر، ميزان مطلوبيت دوره هاي آموزش ضمن خدمت كارشناسان مراكز ناتواني يادگيري آموزش و پرورش شهرستان هاي استان تهران، كمتر از حد متوسط است.

Purpose of this research is “analysis of the terms of in serving training curriculum in view point of experts of learning disability centers in townships of Tehran”. The approach of this research is exploratory descriptive. The statistical population consists of all the experts working in learning disability centers in townships of Tehran that, locate in 6 centers, Golestan, Shahr-e-Rey, Pak-Dasht, Shahriar, Malard and Shahr-e-Ghods, and the number of them is 50, as many as the sample and they were studied by census, and sampling was not applied because, all the research population was accessible. Measure of research was a questionnaire consisting of 46 questions about codification, execution and organized evaluation of in serving training programs. In order to study the research questions a single case T test was applied. Using this test was because of comparing the experimental average (obtained from current sample) with theoretical average (average score in spectrum of probable scores in each variable). The outcomes of research showed that, according to the opinions of participants in this researching study, the amount of desirability of in serving training programs of experts of learning disability of education of townships of Tehran is less than average.
