بررسي مديريت امنيت اجتماعي از منظر آيت‌الله مهدوي كني (ره)

The Study of Social Security Management from the Perspective of Ayatollah Mahdavi Kenny

امنيت يكي از ابتدايي ترين نيازهاي بشر از زمان آغاز زندگي بوده است، پس تاكيد و تمركز بر اين مسيله از اهميت بالايي برخوردار است. امروزه با توجه به جايگاه جهاني و منطقه اي جمهوري اسلامي ايران لزوم توجه به اين مهم بسيار مشهود و واضح است؛ اما بيشتر پژوهش هاي صورت گرفته در حوزه مطالعات امنيت به نوعي در چارچوب مطالعات غربي صورت گرفته اند و كمبود مطالعات بومي به طور محسوس ديده مي شود. يكي از راه هاي پوشش كمبود موجود، بررسي سيره مديريت امنيتي افراد موثر در تاريخ انقلاب اسلامي است. آيت الله مهدوي كني (ره) به عنوان يكي از شخصيت هاي برجسته و موثر در انقلاب اسلامي، مسيوليت هاي مهمي در وزارت كشور و كميته انقلاب اسلامي داشتند. در پژوهش حاضر به اين سوال پاسخ داده مي شود كه نحوه مديريت امنيت اجتماعي آيت الله مهدوي كني (ره) در انقلاب اسلامي چگونه بوده است و چه مولفه هايي مدنظر ايشان قرار داشته است؟ محققان با بررسي منابع حوزه امنيت و اتخاذ روش تحليل محتوا در سيره ايشان، به اين نتيجه رسيده اند كه ايشان ذيل امنيت اجتماعي مولفه هايي از قبيل رسانه، هويت، عدالت، شكاف و نظم اجتماعي را مهم انگاشته اند و معتقد بودند براي ايجاد آن، ابتدا بايد سراغ مولفه هاي مذكور رفت و تا هنگامي كه در اين حوزه ها آسيب وجود داشته باشد، نمي توان گفت امنيت اجتماعي در وضعيت مطلوبي قرار دارد.

Security has been one of the most basic human needs since the beginning of life, so focusing on it is paramount. Nowadays, considering the global and regional position of the Islamic Republic of Iran, it is necessary to pay attention to this important issue. But most research in the field of security studies has somehow been conducted in the context of Western studies, and the void of indigenous studies is noticeable. One way to cover the vacuum is to examine the security management practices of those influential in the history of the Islamic Revolution. As one of the prominent and influential figures in the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Mahdavi Kenny (RA) had important responsibilities in the Ministry of the Interior and the Committee of the Islamic Revolution. The authors answer the question of how the social security management of Ayatollah Mahdavi Kenny (RH) was in the Islamic Revolution and what were the components of it? Researchers in the field of security and content analysis have found that they have considered social security as important as media, identity, justice, gaps and social order, and believe that it is necessary to create it first. The basic components went away and as long as there is damage in these areas, it cannot be said that social security is in a good state.
