در دوران معاصر، همه صحنه هاي زندگي اعم از اقتصاد، اجتماع، فرهنگ و سياست تحت تاثير كنش و واكنش هاي ويژه اي قرار گرفته است. حاكميت دولتها بتدريج كمرنگ، ارتباطات، رقابت، همنوايي و همشكلي بسيار گسترده شده است. بررسي ويژگيهاي دوران معاصر و واكنش هاي مربوطه، ضرورت فهم و درك جديد همه عرصه هاي زندگي را اجتناب ناپذير مي نمايد چرا كه همه اين عرصه ها در اين كنش و واكنش جديد تغييرات شگرفي پيدا نموده اند. در شرف نگري اين كنش و واكنش ها سوالاتي چند جلب توجه ميكند از جمله اينكه نقش بازيگران قدرت جهاني در اين عرصه جديد چگونه است؛ كنش و واكنش هاي محسوس بويژه غير محسوس ايشان به چه صورت ميباشد و بالاخره در اين كنش و واكنش ها تدبير امور جهان چگونه رقم ميخورد؟ هدف اصلي در اين مقاله فهم و تحليل اين فرآيند و كنش هاي مذكور و پاسخ به سوالات مطروحه فوق بويژه با تمركز بر روش هاي نامحسوس تدبير امور جهان و از طريق جوامع مدني ميباشد. در اين مقاله سعي شده با بررسي شناخت كلي جهاني شدن و نظريه هاي مربوطه و استفاده از آمار و داده ها و تجزيه و تحليل آنها به اين مهم پاسخ داده شود.

In the contemporary age, all scenes of life including economy, society, culture and politics are influenced by special interactions. Sovereignty of states declines gradually and communications, competition, conformity and isomorphism have been very broad. Surveying the contemporary age features and the relevant reactions can make the necessity of new understanding and comprehending the entire arenas of our life inevitable and unavoidable because the whole of this arena has dramatically changed in such action and reaction. There are some questions which attract our attention in the process of deeply looking at such action and reaction including that how is the role of global power actors in such modern and novel arena. How can be the tangible actions and reactions especially the intangible actions and reactions of them and finally how the world affairs management can be implemented and accomplished in the process of such actions and reactions?
