The effect of the relationship between ruling political elites and intellectuals on the development of political culture after the Islamic Revolution

تعامل و تقابل نخبگان سياسي و روشنفكران نقش موثري در توسعه فرهنگ سياسي جامعه دارد. تعامل و همسويي ميان نخبگان سياسي و روشنفكران و رشد نقادانه گفتمان روشنفكري و بهره گيري نخبگان سياسي از ايده هاي روشنفكران يكي از مشخصه هاي دموكراسي ها به شمار مي رود. اين در حالي است كه در ايران پس از انقلاب اسلامي، عمدتا روابط نخبگان سياسي و روشنفكران داراي چالش هاي فراواني بوده است و همين امر نيز توسعه فرهنگ سياسي را تحت تاثير قرار داده است. اين مقاله با طرح اين سوال كه روابط نخبگان سياسي حاكم پس از انقلاب اسلامي از چه راه هايي بر روند توسعه فرهنگ سياسي اثر گذاشته است، درصدد بررسي آسيب شناسانه روابط نخبگان سياسي و روشنفكران است تا از اين طريق راهي براي بهبود و توسعه فرهنگ سياسي در چارچوب گفتمان انقلاب اسلامي پيدا كند. به زعم اين مقاله، عدم درك روشنفكران از ارزش هاي بومي و سنتي جامعه ايراني و در سوي مقابل، عدم تمايل نخبگان سياسي به ورود روشنفكران به عرصه قدرت از جمله عوامل تاثيرگذار بر توسعه فرهنگ سياسي پس از انقلاب بوده است. روش مورد استفاده در اين پژوهش توصيفي-تحليلي است كه به شيوه كتابخانه اي و اسنادي به گردآوري مطالب اقدام شده است.

The interaction and confrontation of political elites and intellectuals has an effective role in the development of the political culture of the society. Interaction and alignment between political elites and intellectuals and the critical growth of intellectual discourse and the use of intellectual ideas by political elites is one of the hallmarks of democracies. However, in Iran after the Islamic Revolution, mainly the relations between political elites and intellectuals have had many challenges and this has also affected the development of political culture. This article seeks to pathologically examine the relationship between political elites and intellectuals in order to improve and develop culture by asking the question of how the relations of the ruling political elites after the Islamic Revolution affected the development of political culture. Find politics within the discourse of the Islamic Revolution. According to this article, the lack of intellectuals' understanding of the indigenous and traditional values ​​of Iranian society and, on the other hand, the reluctance of political elites to bring intellectuals to power have been among the factors influencing the development of political culture after the revolution. The method used in this research is descriptive-analytical, which has been collected in a library and documentary manner.
