تحليل فازي تنوعات تجربي توسعه اقتصادي براساس جايگاه نخبگان استان ها در ساختار سياسي معاصر ايران

Fuzzy Analysis on Experimental Variations of Economical Development Based on Provinces' Elite Status within Iran's Contemporary Political Structure

پژوهش حاضر بر آن است كه با استخراج مسير علي عطفي و تركيبي، شروط تاثيرگذار بر توسعه اقتصادي برمبناي تنوع تجربي نقش نخبگان استان ها در ساختار سياسي معاصر ايران، احصاء گردد. روش اين مطالعه، تطبيقي- كيفي بوده و جهت كنترل شرايطي نظير جايگاه نخبگان استان ها در ساختار سياسي معاصر ايران كشور، مجموعه داده هاي 9 استان داراي نخبه سياسي تاثيرگذار با استفاده از رهيافت منطق فازي مورد تحليل قرار گرفته است. آزمون مقايسه ميانگين ها نشان مي دهد كه تفاوت معني داري بين سطح توسعه يافتگي اقتصادي استان ها براساس جايگاه نخبگان استان در ساختار سياسي وجود دارد. نتايج شرايط لازم و كافي منفرد نيز نشان داد كه شرط ساختار فرصتي (بيروني) و سرمايه فرهنگي شرط كافي بروز نتيجه (توسعه اقتصادي) و ساير شروط علي هر يك به تنهايي شرط لازم است. در عليت هاي عطفي و تركيبي، پنج مسير متعدد علي، براساس معيارهاي كفايت نظري و تجربي (ضريب پوشش و سازگاري) داراي اهميت نظري و تجربي لازم است و در ميان تركيب هاي علي مهم كه شاخص سازگاري و پوشش مناسبي دارند، دو شرط توسعه فرهنگي و فرصت هاي صنعتي و معدني مشترك است و به عنوان شرط لازم نهايي شناخته شده است.

The present study tries to obtain influential conditions on economical development based on experimental variations of provinces' elite roles within Iran's contemporary political structure by exploring the configurational causal path. The research is a comparative-qualitative method and in order to control conditions such as provinces' elite status within Iran's contemporary political structure, a collection of data relevant to nine provinces which have influential political elite was analyzed using the fuzzy logic method. The Comparing means test shows that there is a significant difference between provinces' levels of economical development based on each province's elite status within the political structure. Results of single necessary and sufficient conditions show that the opportunity structure (external) and cultural capital are sufficient conditions for revealing the (economical development and each of the other causal conditions are necessary conditions by themselves. In configurational causalities, five causal paths based on theoretical and experimental sufficient criteria (coverage and consistency coefficient) have necessary theoretical and experimental importance. Within important causal combination with appropriate coverage and consistency indices, cultural development and opportunity structure (industry and mine) are common and introduced as the final necessary condition.
