Assessment of the Current Status of Mental Health Education in the Secondary School Curriculum

هدف اين پژوهش شناس بررسي وضعيت موجود آموزش بهداشت رواني در برنامه هاي درسي دوره متوسطه اول بود. روش شناسي روش پژوهش برحسب هدف، كاربردي؛ برحسب نوع داده، كيفي از نوع اكتشافي و برحسب زمان گرداوري داده، توصيفي بود. در اين پژوهش گردآوري داده ها با روش كتابخانه اي و از روش تحليل محتوا براي بررسي وضعيت موجود محتواي كتب درسي هديه هاي آسماني، علوم تجربي و تفكر و سبك زندگي در چهار بعد بهداشت روان يعني سلامت جسمي و رفتاري، اضطراب و روحيات فردي، كنش ورزي اجتماعي، افسردگي و نااميدي استفاده شد. يافته ها نتايج نشان داد كه برنامه درسي دوره متوسطه اول از نظر آموزش بهداشت روان در دروس مورد بررسي وضعيت مناسبي نداشت. نتيجه گيري بهداشت رواني برابر با سلامت بدني، رواني، اجتماعي، خشنودي و شاد زيستن مي باشد كه در آن دانش آموزان قادرند توانايي هاي خود را شكوفا ساخته، با فشار هاي رواني روزمره مواجه شده و بر آنها فايق شوند.

The aim of this researcher was to investigate the current status of mental health education in the curricula of the first secondary school. Methodology: Research method in terms of purpose, applied; In terms of data type, the quality was exploratory and in terms of data collection time was descriptive. In this study, data collection by library method and content analysis method to examine the current status of textbook content in heavenly gifts, experimental sciences and thinking and lifestyle in four dimensions of mental health, namely physical and behavioral health, anxiety and personal mood, action Social exercise, depression and despair were used. Results: The results showed that the curriculum of the first secondary school was not in a good condition in terms of mental health education in the studied subjects. Conclusion: Mental health is equal to physical, mental, social, contentment and happy living in which students are able to develop their abilities, face daily psychological pressures and overcome them.
