ارائه مدل تاثيرگذاري مديريت مدرسه محور بر خلاقيت معلمان در مدارس ابتدايي شهرستان بابل

Presenting an Effective Model of School-Based Management on Teacher's Ereativity in Primary Schools in Babol City

هدف از اين پژوهش ارايه مدل تاثيرگذاري مديريت مدرسه محور بر خلاقيت معلمان در مدارس ابتدايي شهرستان بابل بود. روش اين پژوهش در حالت كلي از نظر هدف كاربردي، از نظر ميزان كنترل متغيرها ميداني و از نظر جمع آوري داده ها توصيفي از نوع زمينه يابي بود و از سوي ديگر پژوهش حاضر را مي توان نوعي پژوهش اكتشافي تلقي كرد. جامعه آماري مرحله كيفي 15 نفر از مديران و معلمان برگزيده مدارس ابتدايي شهرستان بابل بود كه با روش نمونه گيري هدفمند با استفاده از شاخص اشباع نظري نسبت به نمونه گيري از جامعه آماري انتخاب شدند و جامعه آماري مرحله كمي شامل كليه مديران و معلمان مدارس ابتدايي دولتي شهرستان بابل بود كه تعداد آنها 1318 نفر بود با توجه به جدول مورگان 302 نفر با روش نمونه گيري تصادفي به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود. روش تجزيه تحليل در مرحله كيفي كد گذاري و در مرحله كمي از آزمون مدل معادلات ساختاري و با استفاده از نرم افزار smart-pls و spss استفاده شد. يافته ها : ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻣﺮﺣﻠﻪ ﮐﯿﻔﯽ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﻧﺸﺎن داد اﺑﻌﺎد ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﻣﺪرﺳﻪ ﻣﺤﻮر در ﻣﺪارس اﺑﺘﺪاﯾﯽ ﺷﻬﺮﺳﺘﺎن ﺑﺎﺑﻞ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ اﺑﻌﺎد ﻣﺸﺎرﮐﺖ ذﯾﻨﻔﻌﺎن، ﺳﺮﻣﺎﯾﻪ اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ، اﺳﺘﺮاﺗﮋي ﻣﺪرﺳﻪ، ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﭘﺸﺘﯿﺒﺎﻧﯽ، ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ، اﻣﮑﺎن ﺗﺤﻘﻖ ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﻣﺪرﺳﻪ ﻣﺤﻮر و ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎري و اﺑﻌﺎد ﺧﻼﻗﯿﺖ ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن در ﻣﺪﯾﺮان و ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن ﻣﺪارس ﺑﺎﺑﻞ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ اﺑﻌﺎد ﺳﻼﻣﺖ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ، ﺳﺮﻣﺎﯾﻪ رواﻧﺸﻨﺎﺧﺘﯽ، ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﻣﺤﯿﻄﯽ، ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯽ، ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﻓﺮدي و ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎر ﻋﻤﻠﯿﺎﺗﯽ ﻣﺪرﺳﻪ ﺑﻮد و ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻣﺮﺣﻠﻪ ﮐﻤﯽ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﻣﺪرﺳﻪ ﻣﺤﻮر ﺑﺮ ﺧﻼﻗﯿﺖ ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن ﻣﻘﺪار t-value آن ﺑﺮاﺑﺮ ﺑﺎ )6.707( و ﺿﺮﯾﺐ ﻣﺴﯿﺮ )0.547( ﺑﻮد؛ در واﻗﻊ ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﻣﺪرﺳﻪ ﻣﺤﻮر ﺑﺮ ﺧﻼﻗﯿﺖ معلمان در مديران و معلمان مدارس بابل به ميزان 0.547 تاثير داشت. نتيجه گيري با توجه به يافته هاي پژوهش مدل تاثيرگذاري مديريت مدرسه محور بر خلاقيت معلمان در مدارس ابتدايي شهرستان بابل از برازش مطلوبي برخوردار مي باشد.

The purpose of this study was to present an effective model of school-based management on Teacher's creativity in primary schools in Babol. Methodology: In general, this research was a descriptive field in terms of applied purpose, field control in terms of control and data collection in terms of data collection, and on the other hand, the present study can be considered as an exploratory research. The statistical population of the qualitative stage was 15 selected principals and teachers of primary schools in Babol city who were selected by purposive sampling method using theoretical saturation index compared to sampling from the statistical population. Babol, whose number was 1318 people, according to Morgan table, 302 people were selected as a sample by random sampling method. The research tool was a researcher-made questionnaire. The analysis method was coded in the qualitative stage and in the quantitative stage the structural equation model test was used using smart-pls and spss software. Finding: The results of the qualitative phase of the research showed that the dimensions of school-based management in primary schools in Babol include stakeholder participation, social capital, school strategy, support factors, organizational performance, the possibility of school-based management and structural factors and dimensions of Teacher's creativity in principals and Teacher's of Babylon schools include the dimensions of organizational health, psychological capital, environmental factors, cultural factors, individual factors and the operational structure of the school. The results of the quantitative phase of the research showed that the effect of school-based management on Teacher's creativity was equal to (6.707) and path coefficient (0.547). The rate was 0.547.
