تأثير پهپادها در پيشگيري وضعي از قاچاق سلاح گرم در مرزهاي استان كرمانشاه

The Effect of Drones on Preventing the Situation of Firearms Smuggling in the Borders of Kermanshah Province

در دنياي كنوني گسترش فناوري‌هاي نوين تأثير مثبتي در پيشگيري از جرائم را به دنبال داشته است. به‌گونه‌اي كه امروزه تأثير فناوري‌هاي نوين در پيشگيري از جرائم به‌خصوص قاچاق سلاح گرم در مرزهاي جغرافيايي اهميت دوچندان دارد. با توجه به اهميت حفظ و حراست از مرزها، به‌كارگيري اين فناوري‌ها در جهت پيشگيري از جرائم مي‌تواند بستر را براي خنثي‌سازي تهديدات مرتبط فراهم آورد. پيشگيري از قاچاق سلاح گرم به‌عنوان يكي از چالش‌ها و تهديدات پيش‌روي مرزهاي استان كرمانشاه، بيش‌ازپيش احساس مي‌شود. به همين منظور، در پژوهش حاضر به بررسي ميزان تأثير استفاده از پهپادها در پيشگيري وضعي از قاچاق سلاح گرم از مرزهاي استان كرمانشاه پرداخته‌شده است. اين پژوهش ازنظر هدف، كاربردي و روش آن، توصيفي پيمايشي است. ابزاري جمع‌آوري اطلاعات، منابع كتابخانه‌اي و پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بوده كه جهت روايي پرسشنامه از روايي صوري و جهت پايايي آن از فرمول ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ استفاده شد كه نتايج مبين همبستگي مطلوب (70%>a) مي‌باشد. جامعه آماري شامل كاركنان مرزباني استان كرمانشاه مي‌باشد كه تعداد 40 نفر از آنان به‌عنوان حجم نمونه انتخاب‌شده است. سپس داده‌هاي به‌دست‌آمده در نرم‌افزار SPSS مورد تجزيه‌وتحليل قرارگرفته است. بر اساس يافته‌ها، دقت و كارايي بالاي پهپادها ضمن به حداقل رساندن خطا و آسيب‌پذيري‌هاي انساني، نقش مؤثري در پيشگيري، شناسايي و مقابله با قاچاق سلاح گرم از مرزهاي استان كرمانشاه دارد. همچنين نتايج حاصله حالي است كه پهپادها مي‌توانند بالاترين كاركرد را ازلحاظ كنترل، مراقبت و پايش مرزهاي اين استان در جهت پيشگيري از قاچاق سلاح گرم داشته باشند.

These days, the development of new technologies has had a positive effect on crime prevention. In such a way that today the impact of new technologies in crime prevention, especially firearms smuggling across geographical borders is doubly important. Given the importance of border protection, the use of these technologies to prevent crime can provide a platform for neutralizing related threats. Prevention of firearms smuggling is increasingly felt as one of the challenges and threats to the borders of Kermanshah province. For this purpose, in the present study, the effect of using drones in preventing the situation of firearms smuggling from the borders of Kermanshah province has been investigated. This research is applied in terms of purpose and its method is descriptive survey. Data collection tools were library resources and a researcher-made questionnaire. For the reliability of the questionnaire, face reliability was used and for its validity, Cronbach's alpha coefficient formula was exerted, which shows the desired correlation (a> 70%). The statistical population includes border guards of Kermanshah province, 40 of whom have been selected as the sample size. The obtained data were then analyzed in SPSS software. According to the findings, the high accuracy and efficiency of drones, while minimizing human error and vulnerabilities, has an effective role in preventing, identifying and combating smuggling of firearms from the borders of Kermanshah province. The results also show that drones can have the highest performance in terms of control, surveillance and monitoring of the province's borders to prevent firearms smuggling.
