مطالعه اي بر سطح دانش كشاورزان نسبت به كشاورزي پايدار با تكيه بر حفظ محيط زيست

A Study on Knowledge of Farmers on Sustainable Farming Based on Environmental Preservation

پايداري توليد از جمله موضوعات جدي است كه توجه بسياري از محققان را در سال­هاي اخير به خود جلب كرده است. بررسي سطح دانش كشاورزان در مورد كشاورزي پايدار عاملي تعيين­ كننده در پايداري واحد­هاي توليدي است. بر اين اساس، به ­منظور ارزيابي سطح دانش و نگرش كشاورزي پايدار در ميان شالي­كاران ، تحقيقي به روش همبستگي انجام گرفت. حجم نمونه به روش نمونه­ گيري چند مرحله ­اي 241 شالي­كار انتخاب گرديد. براي تعيين روايي از پانل متخصصان، شامل كارشناسان سازمان جهاد كشاورزي استفاده گرديد. به­ منظور بررسي معيار پايايي از ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ استفاده شد كه ميزان آن براي مقياس دانش (0/79) و براي مقياس سنجش نگرش (0/76) محاسبه گرديد. نتايج به­دست آمده نشان داد كه سطح دانش و بينش كشاورزي پايدار در بين كشاورزان در حد خوبي قرار­داشت. نتايج تحقيق نشان داد كه بين متغير­هاي سن، مساحت كل اراضي، ميزان سطح زير كشت برنج، درآمد سالانه شالي­كاري و درآمد سالانه با دانش كشاورزي رابطه مثبت و معني­ داري در سطح 99% وجود دارد. در­حالي­كه بين متغير­هاي تعداد افراد خانواده، سطح تحصيلات، تعداد قطعات اراضي و متوسط عملكرد برنج با دانش كشاورزي پايدار رابطه معني ­داري وجود نداشت. همچنين بين متغير­هاي تعداد افراد خانواده و تحصيلات با نگرش كشاورزي پايدار رابطه مثبت و معني­ داري در سطح 95% وجود داشت. همچنين بين متغير­هاي سن، سابقه فعاليت در كشاورزي، سابقه كشت برنج، مساحت كل اراضي كشاورزي، ميزان سطح زير كشت برنج، تعداد قطعات اراضي كشاورزي، درآمد شالي­كاري و درآمد سالانه با نگرش به كشاورزي پايدار رابطه معني­ داري وجود نداشت.

Sustainability of production is one of the serious issues that have attracted the attention of many researchers in recent years. Assessing the level of farmers' knowledge about sustainable agriculture is a determining factor in the sustainability of production units.Accordingly, in order to assess the level of knowledge and attitude of sustainable agriculture among paddy farmers, A sample size study was selected by multivariate sampling method of 241 paddy farmers.A panel of experts, including experts from the Agricultural Jihad Organization, was used to determine the validity.In order to evaluate the reliability criterion, was used Cronbach's alpha coefficient which was calculated for the Knowledge Scale (0.79) and for the Attitude Scale (0.76).The results showed that the level of knowledge and insight of sustainable agriculture was good among farmers. The results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between the variables of age, total land area, area under rice cultivation, annual salary of paddy cultivation and annual income with agricultural knowledge at the level of 99%.However, there was no significant relationship between the variables of number of family members, level of education, number of plots of land and average rice yield with sustainable agricultural knowledge.Also, there was a positive and significant relationship between the variables of family number and education with sustainable agricultural attitude at 95% level.Also, there was no significant relationship between the variables of age, agricultural activity history, rice cultivation history, and total agricultural land area, area under rice cultivation, number of agricultural lands, paddy salary and annual income with attitude towards sustainable agriculture.
