واكاوي عوامل بنيادين آموزشي موثر بر توسعه كارآفريني گردشگري روستايي شهرستان اردل با استفاده از تحليل مقايسه‌اي كيفي مجموعه فازي

Investigating Fundamental Educational Factors Affecting the Development of Rural Tourism Entrepreneurship in Ardal County by Using fs/QCA

پژوهش حاضر با هدف واكاوي عوامل بنيادين آموزشي موثر در توسعه كارآفريني گردشگري روستايي انجام‌شده كه ازلحاظ ماهيت، توصيفي و ازنظر هدف كاربردي بوده و با روش پيمايشي انجام شده است. جامعه آماري تحقيق، فعالان كارآفرين در مناطق روستايي ساكن شهرستان اردل بوده كه استفاده از نرم‌افزار power Sample تعداد 244 نفر نمونه متناسب باهدف تحقيق برآورد و به روش طبقه‌اي تصادفي انتخاب شده­اند. براي گردآوري اطلاعات از ابزار پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده شده كه روايي محتوايي آن توسط اساتيد و متخصصان تأييد و پايايي با استفاده از پيش آزمون و محاسبه ضريب كرونباخ آلفا براي آموزش 0/84 و براي كارآفريني گردشگري 0/87 برآورد شد. به‌منظور تجزيه‌وتحليل از تحليل مقايسه‌اي كيفي مجموعه فازي استفاده شد. نتايج نشان داد كه دسترسي به مراكز آموزش كارآفريني در كنار آموزش ريسك‌پذيري، وجود كارگروهي در آموزش، وجود آموزش نحوه شروع كسب‌وكار و سرمايه‌گذاري و وجود دسترسي به مراكز آموزش كارآفريني و منابع در اين زمينه مي‌تواند منجر به توسعه كارآفريني گردشگري شود. در مقابل عدم آموزش فعاليت‌هاي گروهي و كار تيمي كمترين سهم را در توسعه و تقويت كارآفريني گردشگري روستايي دارد.

Since the main purpose of development is to make an environment where all people can develop their capabilities. an‎d this is only possible with sustainable educational and economic development. It is essential to recognize the influential educational factors in entrepreneurship as one of the flourishing areas of the ability of community members to achieve this goal. The purpose of this study was to investigate the fundamental educational factors in rural tourism entrepreneurship development, which was of, applied type, nature and method was descriptive- survey. The population of the study is Ardel County residents over 20 years. By using Sample power SPSS software, 254 cases were selected according to the purpose of the study and cases study were selected by stratified random sampling. Research tool was a researcher made questionnaire containing 2 components and 45 items and its content and face validity were approved by experts and its reliability was determined 0/84 and 0/87 by Cronbach's alpha coefficient. The fs / QCA fuzzy set comparative analysis used for the analysis. The results showed that access to entrepreneurship training centers along with risk-taking training, existence of a working group in training, existence of training on how to start a business and investment, and access to entrepreneurship training centers and resources in this field can lead to tourism entrepreneurship development. So that, Risk education variable is more effective than other variables and plays an important role in all the combinations and paths that affect tourism entrepreneurship development.
