پيشگيري وضعي و كيفري از سو رفتار پليس عليه متهمان

زمينه و هدف: سورفتار پليس يك موضوع پيچيده و چندوجهي است. در اينجا ما انواع مختلفي از سورفتار پليس را بررسي خواهيم كرد و در مورد چگونگي جلوگيري از سورفتار در آينده پيشنهادهايي ارائه خواهيم داد. اين امر مورد تأييد همگان است كه كنترل سوءرفتار پليس همچون كنترل خود جرم مستقيماً به عملكرد دولت و امنيت و سلامت شهروندان در يك جامعه دموكراتيك بستگي دارد. روش پژوهش: اطلاعات پژوهش به دو دسته كتابخانهاي و ميداني تقسيم ميشود. در پژوهش حاضر از روش توصيفي – تحليلي و از تكنيك كتابخانه اي استفاده شده و نوع تحقيق كاربردي مي باشد. يافته: سوءرفتار صرفا باعث تضعيف تاثيرگذاري پليس نمي‌شود بلكه همچنين باعث لكه‌دار شدن نظم اجتماعي مي‌شود كه توسط پليس نمايندگي مي‌شود. به همين ترتيب، تلاش‌ها براي كاهش فساد پليس شامل كمپين وسيع‌تري براي بازيابي ظرفيت قهريه‌ي دولت و اعاده حيثيت از تصوير كل دولت مي‌شود. نتيجه گيري: در اين پژوهش به اين نتيجه رسيديم كه كه دو مولفه­ي پيشگيري وضعي با رويكرد استفاده از مديران و نظارت رسمي و دوربين مخفي نصب شده براي پليس و پيشگيري كيفري با اعمال سياست هاي سخت گيرانه و ارعابي و تسريع در روند رسيدگي نسبت اتهام پليس مي توان ازارتكاب مجدد پليس در خصوص سو رفتار و اعمال خشونت پيشگيري كرد.
