چكيده فارسي :
در اﯾﻦ ﻣﻘﺎﻟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ اﻣﻮاج ﺧﺮوﺷﺎن در ﯾﮏ ﻟﯿﺰر ﻧﯿﻤﻪﻫﺎدي ﺗﺰرﯾﻘﯽ ﻧﻮري ﺗﻮﺳﻂ ﻣﺪوﻟﺎﺳﯿﻮن ﻣﺮﺑﻌﯽ ﭘﻤﭗ ﭘﺮداﺧﺘﻪ ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﺑﺪﯾﻦ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر، ﻣﻌﺎدﻟﺎت ﻧﺮخ ﻟﯿﺰر ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﻋﺪدي ﺣﻞ ﺷﺪهاﻧﺪ و ﺷﺪت ﻣﯿﺪان ﺑﺮ ﺣﺴﺐ زﻣﺎن ﻣﺤﺎﺳﺒﻪ و ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮات اﻣﻮاج ﺧﺮوﺷﺎن ﺑﺮﺣﺴﺐ داﻣﻨﻪ و ﺑﺴﺎﻣﺪ ﻣﺪوﻟﺎﺳﯿﻮن ﺑﺮاي ﻣﻘﺎدﯾﺮ ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﺟﺮﯾﺎن ﻣﺤﺎﺳﺒﻪ ﺷﺪه و اﺛﺮ آن ﺑﺮ روي اﯾﻦ اﻣﻮاج ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن ﻣﯽدﻫﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺎ ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮ ﺟﺮﯾﺎن، روﻧﺪ ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮ اﻣﻮاج ﺧﺮوﺷﺎن ﺑﺮﺣﺴﺐ داﻣﻨﻪ و ﺑﺴﺎﻣﺪ ﻣﺪوﻟﺎﺳﯿﻮن ﺗﺰرﯾﻖ ﻧﻮري ﮐﺎﻣﻠﺎ ﻣﺘﻔﺎوت اﺳﺖ. ﺑﻪ ﻃﻮري ﮐﻪ در ﺟﺮﯾﺎنﻫﺎي ﮐﻢ ﺗﻤﺮﮐﺰ اﻣﻮاج ﺧﺮوﺷﺎن در ﻧﺎﺣﯿﻪي ﺑﺎ ﺑﺴﺎﻣﺪ ﻣﺪوﻟﺎﺳﯿﻮن ﺑﺎﻟﺎ اﺳﺖ و در ﺟﺮﯾﺎنﻫﺎي ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮ اﯾﻦ ﺗﻤﺮﮐﺰ در ﻧﻮاﺣﯽ ﺑﺎ داﻣﻨﻪي ﻣﺪوﻟﺎﺳﯿﻮن ﭘﺎﯾﯿﻦ اﺳﺖ.
چكيده لاتين :
in this paper the rogue wave occurrence in an optically injected semiconductor laser via square modulation of injection amplitude has been investigated. By using the laser rate equations, the dynamics of system has been studied and investigated. Also the number of rogue waves in term of amplitude and frequency of modulation has been calculated and analyzed. It was found that the current changes strongly change the rogue wave numbers. The results show that in the low currents, rogue waves are focused in the regions that the modulation frequencies are high and in the high currents these waves are centered in the regions that modulation amplitudes are low.
