مروري بر كيفيت تجارب يادگيري موثر فراگيران در دانشگاه هاي علوم پزشكي

A review of the quality of students' effective learning experiences in Universities of Medical Sciences

عصر حاضر انفجار حجمِ اطلاعات آموزشي، دسترسي آسان به منابع آموزشي منجر به ايجاد رويكرد كيفي سازي يادگيري شده است زيرا ارائه هرگونه آموزش بدون نگاه كيفي سازي آن يك اشتباه مهلك يادگيري است زيرا اثرگذاري اثرپذيري و ماندگاري تجارب يادگيري يك اصل انكارناپذير بقاي آموزش مي باشد در برخي از رشته ها همانند رشته هاي علوم بهداشتي و پزشكي اهميت بقاي اموزشي به طور مستقيم با بقاي انساني در ارتباط مي باشد. براين اساس مطالعه حاضر با هدف مروري بر بررسي كيفيت تجارب يادگيري موثر فراگيران در علوم پزشكي پرداخته شده است. مطالعه حاضر يك مرور سيستماتيكي است كه كليدواژه‌ها براساس MESH تعيين و سپس جستجو در پايگاه‌هاي اطلاعاتي؛SID , Iran Medex, Pubmed, Google scholar ,Cochrane, Scopus, Web of Science Uptodate, Magiran, انجام شد. نتايج جستجو و بررسي منجر به يافتن 98 مقاله كه با همكاري نويسندگان مورد مطالعه و تحليل موضوعي ابتدايي قرار گرفت در انتهاي جستجو، تعداد 14 مقاله به دست آمد و در نهايت 11 مقاله كه از معيارهاي موضوعي و محتوايي و با هدف مطالعه مقاربت داشت وارد مطالعه مرور سيستماتيك شدند. يافته ها نشان داد كه شاخصه هاي يادگيري موثر از تجارب يادگيري در گذشته متاثرمي باشند. عوامل مستقيم و غيرمستقيم همنند محتواي تدريس، نحوه تعامل اموزشي، كارآمدي آموزش دهندگان، آمادگي فراگيران، روش تدريس در فرآيند ياددهي و يادگيري بر يادگيري تاثيرگذارند كه نيازمند بازبيني نظام آموزشي در نظام سلامت مي باشند. نتيجه مطالعه حاضر نشان داد كه معيارهاي و شاخص هاي يادگيري موثر و ماندگار در نظام سلامت يك اصل مهمي است كه نيازمند بازبيني و بازنگري كوريكولوم هاي آموزشي با رويكرد كيفي سازي تجارب يادگيري است زيرا كوچكترين اشتباه آموزشي در ياددهي و يادگيري حاضر فراگيران نظام سلامت مي تواند منجر به رخداد بزرگترين اشتباهات عملياتي در آينده فارغ التحصيلان نظام سلامت گردد. واژه‌هاي كليدي:

Nowadays, the explosion of the volume of educational information, easy access to educational resources has led to development of the Learning quality approach, because providing any training without looking at quality is a learning mistake and the effectiveness, effectiveness and permanence of learning experiences is an undeniable principle of educational survival. n some sciences, such as health and medicine, the importance of educational survival is directly related to human survival Therefore, the present study aims to review the quality of studentschr('39') effective learning experiences in medical sciences. The present study is a systematic review in which the keywords were determined based on MESH and then searched in databases: SID, Iran Medex, Pubmed, Google scholar, Cochrane, Scopus, Web of Science Uptodate, Magiran. The search results led to the finding of 98 articles that were studied and thematically analyzed in collaboration with the authors, at the end of the search, 14 articles were obtained and finally 11 articles that were close to the thematic and content criteria and the purpose of the study entered the systematic review study. Findings showed that learning characteristics are influenced by past learning experiences. Direct and indirect factors such as the content of teaching, the way of educational interaction, the efficiency of educators, the readiness of learners, the teaching method in the teaching and learning process affect learning that need to review the educational system in the health system. The results of the study showed that the criteria and indicators of effective learning in the health system is an important principle that needs to be reviewed and revised educational curricula with a qualitative approach to learning experiences. because the smallest educational mistake in teaching-learning of health system students can lead to operational errors in the future of health system graduates.
