تحليل رابطه بين هوش اجتماعي با سرمايه اجتماعي و سازگاري اجتماعي دانشجويان دانشگاه كاشان

The analysis of relationship between social intelligence with social capital and social consistency in students at University of Kashan

هدف پژوهش، تحليل رابطه بين هوش اجتماعي با سرمايه اجتماعي و سازگاري اجتماعي دانشجويان دانشگاه كاشان بود. نوع پژوهش از نظر هدف كاربردي و از نظر اجرا توصيفي همبستگي بود. جامعه آماري شامل دانشجويان دانشگاه كاشان در سال تحصيلي 95-1394 به تعداد 7132 نفر بود كه بر اساس فرمول كوكران و به روش تصادفي طبقه­اي، 364 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوري اطلاعات سه پرسشنامه هوش اجتماعي با 21 گويه، پرسشنامه سرمايه اجتماعي با 25 گويه و پرسشنامه سازگاري اجتماعي با 27 گويه بسته پاسخ بر اساس مقياس پنج درجه اي ليكرت بود. روايي محتوايي و سازه پرسشنامه ها تاييد شد. پايايي پرسشنامه ­ها از طريق ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ براي هوش اجتماعي 83/0، سرمايه اجتماعي85/0 و سازگاري اجتماعي 82/0 برآورد گرديد. تحليل داده­ها در سطح توصيفي (فراواني، درصد، ميانگين و انحراف معيار) و استنباطي (آزمون تي، ضريب همبستگي پيرسون، رگرسيون و مدل معادلات ساختاري) با استفاده از نرم افزار Spss و Amos انجام گرفت. يافته ها نشان داد ميانگين مؤلفه ­هاي هوش اجتماعي، سرمايه اجتماعي و سازگاري اجتماعي از ميانگين فرضي (3) بيشتر بود. ضريب همبستگي نشان داد بين هر يك از مؤلفه­ هاي هوش اجتماعي با سرمايه اجتماعي و سازگاري اجتماعي رابطه مثبت و معنادار وجود دارد.

The purpose of this research an analysis of relationship between social intelligence with social capital and social consistency in students at University of Kashan. Research type was descriptive correlative. The statistical population consisted of 7132 students' in Universities of Kashan in academic year 2015-2016 that by Cochran Formulate with strafed random sampling, 364 ones were chosen as sampling. The information gathering tool were social intelligence questionnaire with 21 items, social capital questionnaire with 25 items and social consistency questionnaire with 27 items on base Likert five scale. Questionnaires validity confirmed as content and construction. reliability coefficients were obtained equal to 0.83 social intelligence, 0.85 for social capital and 0.82 for social consistency. Data analyses done in descriptive level (frequency, percentage, mean & standard deviation) and inferential level (t-test, pearson correlation coefficient, regression & structural eqation modeling). Finding showed means of social intelligence, social capital and social consistency components are bigger than theorical average (3). There are positive and significant relationship between social intelligence with social capital and social consistency.
