Investigating the role of familiarity in achieving constant development (Case study: alleys of Ilam city

ﻮﻣﯿﺖ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻋﺎﻣﻠﯽ ﺑﺮاي ﻫﻮﯾﺖ ﯾﺎﺑﯽ اﻓﺮاد، ﯾﮏ راﺣﻞ ﺳﻬﻞ ﺷﻨﺎﺧﺘﻪ ﺷﺪه ﺑﺮاي ﺑﯿﺎن ﯾﮏ ﻫﻮﯾﺖ ﻣﻠﻤﻮس ﺟﻤﻌﯽ اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ اﻋﻀﺎ»ﻣﺎ«را ﺑﻪ ﻫﻢ ﭘﯿﻮﻧﺪ ﻣﯽ دﻫﺪ، زﯾﺮا ﺑﺮ ﺗﻔﺎوت اﯾﻦ اﻋﻀﺎ از »آنﻫﺎ« ﺗﺄﮐﯿﺪ ﻣﯽﮐﻨﺪ. ﭘﯿﻮﻧﺪﻫﺎي اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ ﮐﻪ در ﮔﺬﺷﺘﻪ ﻫﻤﮕﻨﯽ ﻣﻨﻄﻘﻪاي را در ﻓﻀـﺎي ﺳـﺮزﻣﯿﻦ ﺑـﻪ وﺟـﻮد آورده ﺑﻮد، اﻣﺮوزه ﺟﺎﯾﮕﺎه و ﭘﺎﯾﮕﺎه ﺧﻮد را در درون ﺷﻬﺮﻫﺎ ﭘﯿﺪا ﮐﺮده و ﺷﻬﺮﻫﺎ و ﻣﺤﻠﻪﻫﺎ ﺑـﻪ ﮐـﺎﻧﻮنﻫﺎي ﻫﻮﯾـﺖﻫﺎي ﻗﻮﻣﯽ و ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮔﯽ ﺗﺒﺪﯾﻞ ﺷﺪهاﻧﺪ. وﺟﻮد اﻗﻮام ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ در ﺳﻄﺢ ﻣﺤﻠﻪ و ﺷﻬﺮﻫﺎ ﻣﯽﺗﻮاﻧﺪ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻓﺮﺻﺘﯽ ﻣﻄﺮح ﺷﻮد واز ﭘﺮﺗﻮ ﮔﺮوهﻫﺎي ﻗﻮﻣﯽ ﺑﻬﺮه ﻫﺎي زﯾﺎدي در اﻣﺮ ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﭘﺎﯾﺪار ﺷﻬﺮي ﺑﺮده وﮔﺎﻣﯽ ﻣﺆﺛﺮ در ﺟﻬﺖ ﺷﻬﺮي ﭘﻮﯾﺎ ﺑﺮداﺷﺖ. ﻫﺪف از اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻧﻘﺶ ﻗﻮﻣﯿﺖ در دﺳﺘﯿﺎﺑﯽ ﺑﻪ ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﭘﺎﯾﺪار ﻣﺤﻠﻪ اي ﺷﻬﺮ اﯾﻼم ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ. روش ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻠﯽ ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري ﻣﺤﻼت ﺳﻄﺢ ﺷﻬﺮ وﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﺷﻬﺮداري اﯾﻼم ﺑﻮد ﮐﻪ ﺗﻌﺪاد 384ﻧﻔﺮ ﺑﺮاي ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﻣﻮرد ﻧﻈﺮ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪﮔﯿﺮي ﻃﺒﻘﻪ اي اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﭘﺎﯾﺎﯾﯽ آن ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از آﻟﻔﺎي ﮐﺮوﻧﺒﺎخ 0/90/8 ﻣﻮرد ﺳﻨﺠﺶ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ. ﺑﺮاي ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ دادهﻫﺎ از ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰار ﻟﯿﺰرل و spss اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﻧﺸﺎن دﻫﻨﺪه آن اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﻗﻮﻣﯿﺖ ﺑﺮ ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﭘﺎﯾﺪار ﻣﺤﻠﻪاي ﺷﻬﺮاﯾﻼم داراي ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﻣﺜﺒﺖ و ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﻫﻤﮑﺎري و ﺗﻌﺎﻣﻞ ﻣﺪﯾﺮان ﺷﻬﺮي وﻣﺴﺆﻻن ﺑﺎ ﮔﺮوهﻫﺎي ﻗﻮﻣﯽ، ﺗﻤﺎﯾﻞ ﺑﻪ ﻫﻤﮑﺎري اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ و ﻣﺸﺎرﮐﺖ ﻣﺮدم ﻣﺤﻠﯽ ﺑﺮ ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﭘﺎﯾﺪاري ﻣﺤﻠﻪاي ﺷﻬﺮ اﯾﻼم ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﻣﺜﺒﺖ و ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري دارد.

Familiarity was known as a factor to find identity of people and it is a simple solution to indicate a collective tangible identity that make connection between members of (we), because it has emphasize on differences between members from (their). Social connections that in past, create homogeneity in an area, today are in the cities and district and today cities and district are canons of identities of cultures and familiarities. Existence of various families in the cities and areas can be an opportunity and it can be used for constant development of cities and it can be used as an effective stage for having dynamic city. The aim of present research is investigating the role of familiarity in achieving constant development. The research method is descriptive – analyzing. The research sample is districts of Ilam city and was community employees, That number 384 of the desired sampling using method of is stratified sampling is chosen. its reliability was estimated by Alpha Cronbach 90/8% .To analyzing data LISREL and SPSS software were used. The findings of the present research indicated that familiarity has a positive an significant effect on constant development of Ilam city also cooperation and interaction of civic managers and head persons with these groups , cooperation of local people and social cooperation have significant and positive effect on constant development of Ilam city.
