بهره گيري از الگوي كشاورزي مبتني بر فرهنگ بومي (پرماكالچر) در توسعه كارآفريني گردشگري روستايي استان گيلان

Utilization of Agricultural Model Based on Indigenous Culture (Permaculture) in the Development of Rural Tourism Entrepreneurship in Guilan Province

كشاورزي مبتني بر فرهنگ بومي (پرماكالچر) الگويي آگاهانه در بكارگيري سامانه هاي توليدي كشاورزي است به نوعي كه سه ويژگي تنوع، پايداري و انعطاف پذيري زيست بوم هاي طبيعي در آنها لحاظ گردد.اين الگو، همسونگر با توسعه پايدار روستايي، تنوع بخش فعاليت‌هاي اقتصادي روستا و موجب افزايش منابع درآمدي حاصل از آن است. به دليل تنوع و مزيت هاي جغرافيايي استان گيلان، شغل اكثر ساكنان روستايي، كشاورزي است كه به دليل فصلي بودن اين فعاليت ها، اين سبك اشتغال نمي تواند منبع درآمدي پايداري براي اقتصاد روستائيان اين استان تلقي گردد. از اين رو بهره برداري از ظرفيت گردشگري كشاورزي در كنار مديريت خردمندانه محيط و كاربري صحيح منابع مي‌تواند راهبرد مناسبي براي توسعه روستا و پايداري توسعه باشد. مطالعه حاضر، با مرور وسيع و گسترده ادبيات نظري و تجربي مرتبط و منابع كتابخانه‌اي، با هدف معرفي گردشگري كشاورزي مبتني بر فرهنگ محلي استان گيلان و بكارگيري آن در توسعه كارآفريني گردشگري روستايي انجام شده است. اين الگو، ضمن مراقبت از زمين، مراقبت از ساكنان محلي و تقسيم عادلانه درآمد در روستاها، به روش هايي بسيار ارزان و كم هزينه، ساده، قابل درك و اعمال توسط مردم محلي انجام مي پذيرد و همگي برگرفته از الگوهايي است كه در طبيعت در حال شكل گيري است.

Indigenous culture-based agriculture (permaculture) is a conscious model for employing agricultural production systems in which three characteristics of diversity, sustainability and resilience are considered. This pattern is related to sustainable rural development, diversification of rural economic activities and increasing revenue sources from it. Due to diversity and geographical advantages of Guilan province, the occupation of most rural residents is agriculture which due to seasonality of these activities, this style of employment could not be a source of sustainability for rural economy. Therefore, taking advantage of agricultural tourism capacity along with proper environment management and correct use of resources can be a suitable strategy for rural development and sustainability. This study has been done with extensive review of relevant theoretical and empirical literature and library resources with the aim of introducing agricultural tourism based on local culture of Guilan province and employing it in rural tourism entrepreneurship development. The results show that the use of permaculture pattern which is derived from natural and cultural power of Guilan province, while taking care of the land, taking care of local residents and equitable distribution of income in rural areas, are very cheap and low cost, simple, understandable and applied by local people.
