چكيده فارسي :
اين ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺑﺎ ﻫﺪف ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ رﺿﺎﯾﺖﻣﻨﺪي داﻧﺸﺠﻮﯾﺎن دﺧﺘﺮ از ﺧﺪﻣﺎت آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ ﮐﻮﺗﺎهﻣﺪت و ارﺗﺒﺎط آن ﺑﺎ ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ آﻣﻮزش در واﺣﺪ داﻧﺸﮕﺎه آزاد اﺳﻼﻣﯽ ﺗﺒﺮﯾﺰ اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ در ﺳﺎل 1398 ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪي ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ ﻣﻘﻄﻌﯽ اﻧﺠﺎم ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ، داﻧﺸﺠﻮﯾﺎن ﭘﺮﺳﺘﺎري دﺧﺘﺮ واﺣﺪ ﮐﺮﮐﻮك ﻋﺮاق ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ. اﺑﺰار ﮔﺮدآوري دادهﻫﺎ، ﭘﺮﺷﺴﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس اﺑﺰار ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ ﺧﺪﻣﺎت ﻣﺸﺘﻤﻞ ﺑﺮ ﺳﻪ ﻗﺴﻤﺖ ﻣﺸﺨﺼﺎت دﻣﻮﮔﺮاﻓﯿﮏ، اﺑﻌﺎد ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ و رﺿﺎﯾﺖﻣﻨﺪي از ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ ﺧﺪﻣﺎت اراﺋﻪ ﺷﺪه ﺑﻮد. در آﻧﺎﻟﯿﺰ دادهﻫﺎ از ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰار آﻣﺎري Spss ، آﻣﺎرﻫﺎي ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ، ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻠﯽ ﻣﺎﻧﻨﺪ آزﻣﻮن آﻧﺎﻟﯿﺰ وارﯾﺎﻧﺲ ﯾﮏﻃﺮﻓﻪ، ﺿﺮﯾﺐ ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﭘﯿﺮﺳﻮن و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ رﮔﺮﺳﯿﻮن ﺧﻄﯽ ﭼﻨﺪ ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮه اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ.ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ اﻣﺘﯿﺎزات داﻧﺸﺠﻮﯾﺎن از ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ ﮐﻠﯽ ﺧﺪﻣﺎت آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ 1,31 ﺑﻮد. ﺑﺮ ﺣﺴﺐ ﺿﺮﯾﺐ ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﭘﯿﺮﺳﻮن، ﺑﯿﻦ اﺑﻌﺎد ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ ﺧﺪﻣﺎت و رﺿﺎﯾﺖﻣﻨﺪي داﻧﺸﺠﻮﯾﺎن ﺑﺎ ﯾﮑﺪﯾﮕﺮ ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﻣﺴﺘﻘﯿﻢ و ارﺗﺒﺎط ﻣﻌﻨﯽدار آﻣﺎري وﺟﻮد داﺷﺖ )p<0.05(. ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ رﮔﺮﺳﯿﻮن ﻣﺮﮐﺐ، ﺑﯿﻦ اﺑﻌﺎد ﺧﺪﻣﺎت آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ ﺑﺎ ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ ﺧﺪﻣﺎت آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ ارﺗﺒﺎط آﻣﺎري ﻣﻌﻨﯽداري ﻧﺸﺎن داد )p<0.05(. ﺟﻬﺖ ارﺗﻘﺎي ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ ﺧﺪﻣﺎت آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ، ﻧﻈﺎرت و ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮ، اﻧﺠﺎم دورهﻫﺎي آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ ﻃﻮﻻﻧﯽﻣﺪت، ﺗﻘﻮﯾﺖ ﻃﺮح اﺟﺮاي ﺗﮑﺮﯾﻢ ارﺑﺎب رﺟﻮع و ﺗﺸﻮﯾﻖ ﺷﺎﯾﺴﺘﻪ اﺳﺎﺗﯿﺪ و ﻣﺮﺑﯿﺎن، ﻣﻮﺛﺮ ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﺗﻨﺎﺳﺐ ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪﻫﺎي آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ و اﻣﮑﺎﻧﺎت ﻣﻮﺟﻮد، اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻣﺮﺑﯿﺎن و اﺳﺎﺗﯿﺪ ﮐﺎرآﻣﺪ و ﺑﺎ رواﺑﻂ اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ ﺑﺎﻻ، ﺑﺮﺧﻮرد ﺧﻮب ﺑﺎ داﻧﺸﺠﻮ و ﯾﮑﺴﺎن ﺑﻮدن ﺷﯿﻮه ارزﺷﯿﺎﺑﯽ ﻣﺜﻤﺮ ﺛﻤﺮ ﺑﻮده و ﻣﯽﺗﻮان در ﺳﺎﯾﺮ ﺣﯿﻄﻪﻫﺎي آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ و در ﺳﺎﯾﺮ داﻧﺸﮕﺎهﻫﺎ ﻧﯿﺰ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﻧﻤﻮد
چكيده لاتين :
Students' viewpoints and satisfaction are important and necessary in assessing the quality of educational services provided in universities. The aim of this study was to investigate the satisfaction of female students from short-term educational services and its relationship with the quality of education in Islamic Azad University of Tabriz. This descriptive cross-sectional study was conducted in 2019. The research population included female nursing students in the Kirkuk University in Iraq. Data collection tool was a questionnaire based on the service quality tools. It consisted of three parts: demographic characteristics, educational service quality dimensions, and service quality satisfaction. Spss statistical software was used for data analysis, descriptive, inferential and analytical statistics such as one-way analysis of variance, Pearson correlation coefficient and multivariate linear regression analysis. Average students' satisfaction scores about general quality of educational services was 1.31. According to Pearson's correlation coefficient, there was a direct correlation and statistically significant relationship between dimensions of service quality and student's satisfaction (p <0.05). Composite regression analysis, showed a significant statistical relationship between dimensions of educational services and the quality of educational services, (p <0.05). To improve the quality of educational services, better monitoring and evaluation, long-term training courses, strengthen client honor implementation plan, expert teachers and educators are effective. Coordination between educational programs and facilities, using efficient instructors and professors with high social term, good dealing with students and using the same evaluation methods, are fruitful and can be used in other educational areas at other universities.
