چكيده فارسي :
امريكا تحريم‌هاي هسته‌اي عليه دولت ايران بطور خاص و تحريم‌هاي مالي ، بانكي و تجاري گسترده عليه اقتصاد كشور وضع نموده است. اين كشور موجبات كاهش جدي تراز تجاري و مالي ملت ايران را فراهم نموده است به گونه‌اي كه آثار سوء و غير قابل انكاري بر وضعيت معيشتي و اجتماعي آنها بر جاي گذارده است. آمريكا با مدد از قدرت اقتصادي و كنترلي خود، سعي بر تسلط سياسي بر كشور ايران را دارد. اين رفتار پرسش‌هاي جدي در ناديده گرفتن حق تعيين سرنوشت ملت ايران در پي داشته است. مقاله حاضر با روش توصيفي – تحليلي مناسبات بين فشارها و رفتار امريكا با اين حق را مورد ارزيابي قرار داده است. بر اساس بررسي انجام گرفته اين اقدام نقض آشكار حق تعيين سرنوشت اقتصادي، و به تبع آن سرنوشت اجتماعي، فرهنگي و حتي سياسي ملت ايران به عنوان يك تعهد عام الشمول است. لذا دولت ايران به عنوان دولت زيانديده مستقيم، حق طرح مسئوليت بين‌المللي آمريكا و درخواست به توقف فعل متخلفانه، تضمين به عدم تكرار و جبران خسارات وارده را دارد. ساير دولت‌ها نيز مكلفند، وضعيت غيرقانوني مزبور را شناسايي نكرده، به حفظ اين وضعيت كمك نكنند .

American government has enacted nuclear sanctions against peaceful nuclear program of Iran particular and extensive financial banking and commercial sanction against the economy of the country. election of political system and lifestyle, especially the right to achieve developments. The present essay has assessed the relationships between the U.S constrains and conducts regarding this right, through researches in to this topic,. According to this study, sult social, cultural, and even political situation of Iranian people as a erga omnes obligation which not only has it influenced the interests of Iranian people and government, but also those of other countries that are members of International community and general has affected the public world order. According to this, Iran Islamic Republic as a direct damaged government based on International law right to point out the U.S.A. International responsibilities and ask for the stop of illegal action, ensure not to repeat it, and compensate for the damage. Also, other governments recognize illegal situation resulted from the violation of this erga omnes, not to contribute to keep that, and make sure any obstacles against enactment of mentioned commitments have been removed, as a result, in order to make sure, all governments should cooperate actively.
